What was the scope of their involvement?

Lucied Branding & Web Design Studio provided us with branding and web design services. They created the color scheme and logo for our company. From there, they built our website using Squarespace. Lucie (Owner) created a custom design from scratch. I provided her with the content, and she posted it. The site’s purpose is for customers to find me and my services. Lucie added a photo gallery of my previous work.

How did you come to work with Lucied Branding & Web Design Studio?

I heard about Lucie from my friends, who recommended her as a professional and talented graphic designer. I got in touch with her, and we had a first interview where she asked me about my expectations and what I wanted the logo to look like. One of the reasons I hired her was because she could do both branding and web design — the whole package. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent close to $4,000 CAD (approximately $3,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–April 2021. The project was finished in about three weeks. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I was very happy with Lucie’s work on my branding and website. Most of my customers reach me through the site, and I give potential customers my business card so they can look at my website. The website’s running well, and the team did everything in good order — they exceeded my expectations. If I need to upgrade the site in the future, I’ll definitely contact Lucied Branding & Web Design Studio.

How did Lucied Branding & Web Design Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was great. Lucie didn’t need my guidance; she worked by herself, which was a benefit for me. I met her once in person when we talked about ideas and expectations, and then we communicated over the phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lucie was nice, she had good ideas, and her portfolio was pretty impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t recall anything they needed to improve.
