      The refresh had to be completed in a tight two-month timeline and required a lot of engagement from the Harmony community. Massive delivered the results right on time and always allowed time for feedback and refining. They ensured we had a point-person on our team to keep communication flowing with ease. I was impressed by the breadth of expertise on Massive's team. They really spent their time listening and understanding, from all perspectives, what the brand was and where it needs to be. They also worked very collaboratively with the District and were always open to feedback in a very approachable way.
