We're Astrum Consulting, a Toronto-based boutique consulting firm. We primarily provide solutions for the legalization of documents and import-export compliance matters.

What challenge were you trying to address with INPREZA LLC?
We were in the process of establishing a website. We learned that INPREZA was a great service provider, so we engaged them to help us with our website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
During our initial conversations, we set some limits to the scope of INPREZA’s work with us, and we discussed the services we’d like to get from them. Following that, we provided them with texts and images and gave them instructions on how we wanted to proceed with the website’s design and overall structure. During the process, they also provided their own recommendations.
After they collected all the information and assets they needed, the actual execution of work followed, which was developing the website on WordPress. Once that was done, they showed us the result, and we did some corrections and amendments to it.
The website was pretty standard. It had one main page and 6–7 sections, as well as blog and contact pages. It didn’t have any special features since we’re not an online platform.

We found their website via Google, and we liked it, so we decided to send them a message. We asked them if they could help us with a web development project. They responded promptly, and that was the determining factor in our decision to engage them.

The engagement lasted from September 2020–January 2021.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since the website was only recently launched, we don’t have any analytics on it yet. However, we were very satisfied with INPREZA’s work because we received several orders and people were able to find us on the internet.
Overall, the experience was excellent, and we liked working with their team. They were knowledgeable and quite determined. The website looked great, and it functioned well. I’d also highlight their customer service and reasonable pricing, and I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a WordPress-based website.
How did INPREZA LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
I don’t have any negative feedback in terms of timelines and deliverables. It wasn’t a very difficult project — we ordered a basic website, and everything was good. There were no management issues or delays. In terms of communication, we used emails and virtual platforms like Skype and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their customer service and speedy feedback time were impressive. We were impressed by their prompt responses as they replied quickly to all of our inquiries.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. We didn’t see any problems on their end.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
For anyone who will engage in any website development project, it’s important to have a clear understanding of what they want to do and to provide clear instructions to the INPREZA team. Since no one will know exactly what the final results will look like, clear communication is crucial.

Our unique case constructor allows clients to create their own design on one of our websites. As soon as personalized design is created the order goes to printing. It's very convenient for clients and saves time. The constructor was developed on 1 core, but is available on several websites.

For the work of our company requires a convenient and high-quality site. Therefore, we contacted the company Impreza and they made us a website.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed a website using UX/UI design. We looked at the portfolio of Impreza's work and were satisfied.

We had already worked with Impreza earlier on another project and were very pleased with the attitude, timing and quality of the work performed.

Inpreza specialists made the website 33percent.com.ua. completely "turnkey". We agreed on the terms of reference and deadlines. A separate manager was assigned to interact with our project. In the process of making the site, we constantly coordinated the work, the Inpreza company works perfectly with the SCRAM method. Moreover, they helped us with the registration of hosting and domain.
What was the team composition?
As we already wrote, a separate manager was assigned to our project. But the team worked for us: a programmer, designer, animator (an animation clip was shot for promotion). In addition, we constantly felt the attention of the leader. In total, in the process of making the site, we contacted at least 5 specialists.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We received the finished site in May 2018, and from the first days we started selling our products. By the end of the year, we returned all the funds invested in the project.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
The team of Inpreza specialists showed their professional level and human attitude. We interacted using: phone, email and face-to-face meetings. The SCRAM technique also helped a lot in achieving the desired result.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We were impressed that each team member is interested in a positive result for the client. For us, the timing of the launch of the project was very important, since the product has seasonality. But the company Inpreza made us an excellent product on time.
Are there any areas for improvement?
This is the second project that we have done with Impreza. And I can say with confidence that this time they did even better than before.
