What challenge were you trying to address with Inland Web Designers?

We hired Inland Web Designers to redesign our website, improve our local SEO rankings, and make it easier for patients to book appointments online. Our main goal was to create a modern, mobile-friendly site that clearly showcased our multi-specialty services, built trust with detailed doctor profiles, and helped more local patients find and connect with us quickly through Google.

After working with Inland Web Designers, we saw several measurable improvements. Within the first few months of launch, our website traffic increased significantly, especially from local searches related to doctors and diagnostic services. We also started ranking higher on Google for key service-based keywords, which brought in more organic inquiries.Online appointment bookings increased, and we noticed a clear reduction in basic inquiry phone calls because patients were able to find information easily on the website. Engagement metrics improved as well — visitors were spending more time on the site and viewing multiple pages, particularly doctor profiles and service pages. Our average time spent also increased by 1 minute and 20 seconds, along with better data collection through a pop-up.Overall, our online presence improved. Website traffic increased by 87% within the first three months, and our online appointment bookings grew by 42%, reducing the need for phone inquiries. Our site also started ranking higher on Google for key local search terms, with “best dental clinic” and other targeted keywords now appearing on page one. While they did a great job refining and structuring the content we provided, having clearer templates or examples at the start could have helped us streamline the process and reduce back-and-forth edits.
