I am the founder of Clarificient Inc. We provide Project Management Solution and Services to our clients. Clarificient is also stepping into the field of career coaching. At Clarificient, I manage the marketing strategy, enabling the clients, and build a healthy sales pipeline for my team to work.

I reached out to Meshroad Marketing to understand and learn how digital marketing works. How this will enable us to go online and be relevant in the market by offering services online.

What were your goals for this project?

Goal was to learn about digital marketing, build a digital marketing strategy and have a plan of action. Also, at the same time look to options to continue to engage with existing and potential clients.

I had initial conversations with few digital marketing companies. I needed someone who can hear the vision and challenges to be able to recommend a solution with highest value. I spoke to Sunil and he quickly understood my ask. He gave enough time to hear my challenges, brainstorm the ideas before offering a solution.

Scope of the work was to build digital marketing strategy, provide insight on the sales pipelines, educate on how to use social media for ads, setup the company account for relevant target audience, CRM tool integration.

I have worked with the prime contact from Meshroad, however I have not been directly involved with the team.

The outcome to my engagement with Meshroad has been incredible. I have a digital marketing strategy in place and techniques to continuously engage with my clients. Also, I have been able to provide an online meeting booking to my client through my website/social media pages.

The workflow has been smooth as my prime contact was available to address my concern. The outcome has been delivered in timely manner.

The most impressive part of the company has been the personalized engagement. Meshroad had gone above and beyond sharing the knowledge and techniques to use tools optimally.

I would love them to be able to scale to more platforms and provide strategy material to emerging social media platform.

We were looking to build a brand identity for our company we, online presence through social media, marketing and outreach as this was not focused on before. We did not have in house resources to work on on this either so our teaming up Meshroad Marketing was creative to take it up.

We wanted to invite more traffic on to our website and on to other social media sites. We wanted to spread the message of the cultural and humanistic values we bring through each of our projects.

Once we pinned our choice, we had a few interactive discussions around our goals, audience, and our clients. Meshroad Marketing worked with with us creatively on certain concepts and strategies that worked very well on traditional platforms as well digital social media marketing. .

The response and traffic to our website has increased 65-70 percent and there are many inquiries , many of which are potential clients.

We were impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm towards work , it made it simpler for us communicate our thoughts . There were regular follow ups as scheduled and most of the adjustments and requests were incorporated.

Meshroad Marketing has a unique way if doing tasks creatively , they are like building connectors, bringing out positive experience through each plain of work and engagement. We felt at ease as they did the work .

We started getting 5-10 leads on a daily basis. On few days we even got upto 25 leads. Meshroad also worked on our Branding as well. And overall we are moving in the right direction.

Very smooth workflow. Everything was automated. All leads would come to our email, to text and in sync with CRM and Email Marketing software.

The scope of the work was for Meshroad to create great content for us in promoting new home sales, pre-sales, and personnel exposure. They create Facebook and Instagram ads, designing and implementing them. Meshroad has delivered the content effectively and on time.

The project has been successful as we have generated over 90 leads and started the process of working with five of those in total, giving us a good turn-over rate.

Though we are just starting, we can see the results coming in. We just got two new quotes requests from the efforts Sunil and his team is putting in. He is very thorough with his process and have tremendous knowledge in the his space. He is willing to go extra mile to get the job done keeping quality in his focus.

We had few meetings initially. They understood our pain points and the first one was to have a basic website, which we have now and second one was to make it fully compatible for eCommerce which is in progress. Also main focus was to be visible on Google and Social Media which they did for us as we were doing pretty bad but know overall we have over 30k followers, great engagement and lot of sales.

We saw our google activities climbing from almost less than 100 to 37k monthly which is amazing. We are flooded with customers messages and calls. Meshroad is pretty good with new marketing ideas and strategies and it is working great for us.

I am not very tech savvy so they made sure that it is very easy for us to work with them. In fact, I learned a lot from them while they worked on our projects.
