The team acted as a full-service, one-stop partner for the entire build-out of my online presence and client-facing ecosystem. Their scope of work included strategic direction, brand development, visual identity, content structure, and full website design and development. They supported every step of the process - from early conceptual clarity to launch-ready execution - while ensuring consistency, professionalism, and a grounded user experience aligned with my practice.

Their work began with deep discovery sessions to understand my business, audience, clinical scope, and long-term vision. From there, they developed a cohesive brand identity, including colour palette, typography, tone guidance, and visual language grounded in my values. They produced design assets and translated them into a fully custom website that supports booking, education, client flow, and future scalability as my business grows.

Blinklead was tasked with an nearly impossible task:  how to represent my company and services in a way that is both strong and accessible.  I could not be happier.

Through multiple conversations, and even more emails, Blinklead took the time to listen to my vision.  They never pushed what they thought it should be; instead they actively listened.  I never felt rushed or pressured.

Blinklead exceeds my expectations each time.  As a busy entrepreneur I can lose track of days and weeks to building my business and taking care of my Clients.  Blinklead continulously communciated with me to keep me on track.  They also met me where I was at, adapting goals and deliverables to what the volume of client facing work I was doing.  My website would never have gotten done if Blinklead didn't manage the project so efficiently!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Blinklead is not your generic Vancouver (or worldwide) web design company,  They lead with heart and compassion and are intuitive in meeting your needs. 

My company is not a typical business model and finding a web design service that would take the time to understand the nuances and complex nature of my potential Clients was extremely frustrating.  I had worked on designing my own site but it wasn't my skilll set.  Enter Blinklead.

I have loved working with Blinklead and no matter what my needs are, they are and will be my first and only call.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Blinklead Marketing Inc. could have done differently?

If there was anything (and I'm splitting hairs here) it would be notification of when updates were being done to my site.  They were expedient in doing updates!  I didn't get notice and that led to unnecessary frustration.  A very easy fix!
