• We engaged RainyTown Media because we wanted to relaunch our online platform. We had a previous website, but we wanted to rebuild the site from the ground up and better integrate the site's frontend with our backend CRM system.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We had a vision of what we wanted to do and put that together into a clickable lo-fi prototype. RainyTown Media helped us effectively extract the information from the requirements. They started off building our WordPress website and used industry-standard tools to do that. 

Our requirements and needs were consistently changing during the delivery of the project, and we ended up focusing on integrating AI tools into our platform. Their team also supplied us with services in the DevOps space and helped migrate our platform onto AWS.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve been really impressed with the engagement results; we believe that we’ve created something disruptive for our industry that adds a lot of value to the people we work with and our customers.

Our project changed during the middle of the engagement, but they were well-managed every time those changes happened. We were happy with the timeline the work was completed within, and they were transparent.

RainyTown Media was enjoyable to work with, and we built a strong relationship with them. We enjoyed working with our project manager and our business analyst. Their team was proactive and brought a can-do attitude to the project.

Encompasses the design, development, and deployment of a comprehensive wellness platform aimed at providing personalized health solutions. The key elements of the project include:

User Interface (UI) & User Experience (UX) Design: Creating a clean, intuitive, and engaging interface for users to easily navigate and interact with wellness features.

Personalized Health Solutions: Implementing algorithms and tools for customized fitness plans, meal tracking, mental health exercises, and wellness assessments based on user input and preferences.
Integration of Wearable Devices & Apps: Ensuring the platform integrates with common fitness and health tracking devices, enabling real-time data syncing for a comprehensive view of user health metrics.

Health and Wellness Resources: Offering expert advice, articles, and guided exercises in areas like fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness to educate and support users.
Progress Tracking & Goal Setting: Allowing users to set wellness goals, track their progress, and receive feedback and motivation to stay on track.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Active users doubled after the launch of the site. We had lower churn rates then before the site launch.

The team adhered to the project timelines, delivering key milestones on time, including design mockups, development sprints, and final deployment. The project team was highly responsive to changes in scope or adjustments to features. They proactively sought feedback during each phase of the project, allowing for necessary iterations
