Not all items were delivered on time, but they were respoonsive in getting more senior resources to provide support on more challenging functionality, and were willing to train their developers to earn the required skills quickly to be successful.

Their developers were enthusiastic and collaborative. They always sought ways to improve the product and their own skills through the project.

Usually their most skilled developers don't stay too long and will be replaced on the project with another person who will need to be onboarded and made familiar with the codebase and the features 

Retaining them usually involves paying a heftier hourly rate, sometimes more than what other comapnies would ask for

I’m a consultant at Credit Genius, a mobile app that helps users monitor their credit, track scores, and improve financial literacy through real-time insights, gamified learning, and AI-powered coaching.

OGMA CONCEPTIONS has provided front- and backend development and engineering. The team has also provided initial design, documentation, and implementation. OGMA CONCEPTIONS has taken our app from an idea to real life.

They helped us build and launch our digital marketplace platform. They handled UI/UX design, full website development, Stripe payment integration, user dashboard creation, and backend setup for seller onboarding and product verification

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although the project is still in progress, we have already achieved measurable milestones. Alok’s team successfully completed the platform architecture, UI/UX design, and core marketplace development. We now have a functional prototype where users can register, upload products, and test the payment flow.
