I’m the president of Garage Door Depot, a construction company. We specialize in the sales, service, and installation of residential and commercial garage doors and openers. We offer products from leading brands through independently owned locations.

What challenge were you trying to address with ElementIQ?

We needed help with our digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ElementIQ handles everything from our Google search and shopping ad campaigns to our local SEO and email marketing strategy. They audit our performance, manage our product feeds, and consistently execute on content and design.

We work with 2–5 teammates from ElementIQ.

Someone referred ElementIQ to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We started working with ElementIQ approximately 10 years ago, and our engagement is ongoing.

ElementIQ is not just a service provider; they’re a true extension of our own marketing department. They consistently take the time to understand our goals and help us navigate the digital landscape with data-driven strategies that actually work. We’ve seen measurable growth thanks to their dedication and expertise in managing our performance marketing campaigns. Year over year, we’ve seen our metrics, such as lead volume, sales, and web traffic, increase under ElementIQ’s care and attention.

ElementIQ delivers on time without any issues. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

We hired them to assist with development marketing and lead generation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially hired them to support a large development project and sales initiative. Since then, I’ve leaned on them to answer questions about technology, develop our infrastructure, and build our network.

They also help organize our domain registrations. We have several different small agencies with different websites and email addresses, and ElementIQ keeps everything in order. They make sure everything is operational.

What is the team composition?

I work directly with three people.

How did you come to work with ElementIQ?

We were really happy with the work they did on the first project, so we’ve worked on several projects since then.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent about $35,000–$40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked with them since March 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their experience shines through. The websites that they build are gorgeous and affordable — we receive a lot of compliments. On top of that, it’s a really good lead generation tool. It pays for itself.

Our partnership allows me to focus on the activities that I am excited about, rather than technical issues.

How did ElementIQ perform from a project management standpoint?

By working with just a few people directly, they streamline communication and keep everything in order. We have weekly Zoom meetings and they’re always prompt and prepared. They also respond to emails quickly. Other than that, we use Trello.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team is very consistent. I’ve been working with the same people for years. Now that we have a solid working relationship, they understand what my needs are and where  I need support. I appreciate that I can grow with a company that I trust. I know they can always get the job done. I can also bring them in when I’m pitching on other projects.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They don’t need to improve anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Look at the big picture. It’s easy to focus on what you’re spending rather than your goals. ElementIQ provides a lot of value, so you should trust them to follow through.
