Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the General Manager of The Rec Room Eats and Entertainment in Burnaby, British Columbia, a multi-million dollar national company owned and operated by Cineplex Entertainment.

For what projects/services did your company hire G4 Communication, and what were your goals?

We closed the line from coast to coast as the ninth Rec Room to open across Canada to huge success. I enlisted G4 Communications for several projects regarding marketing, design, and advertising in advance of our grand opening in July 2022, and have continued to utilize their services ever since.

I chose this company via internal reference, and have not been disappointed with their delivery.

I provided Sierra with our scope of work and budget, and Sierra was quick to respond and efficient in her delivery. She drafted several back end reports and organizational documents, as well as drafted advertisements and marketing tools for our grand opening.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have worked directly with Sierra Gordon for her marketing and design skills, and have spoken with Gerald Gordon over the phone to walk me through some emergency technical issues.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every project that G4 has worked with us on has been completed to satisfaction, either meeting or exceeding expectations. The tools they have provided are widely used by the team here daily, and have allowed for better workflow and process enhancement.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication has been predominantly through email and phone call. Sierra has never missed a meeting and is always prompt in her responses and follow up. We are very satisfied with their communication and diligence in completing their projects on a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Sierra is both professional and personable.I appreciate G4 Communication's prompt responses and attention to detail in the planning phase of each project. Her knowledge of her craft is evident, and her passion for her work is exactly the kind of partnership we were looking for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have no constructive criticism to provide at this time, and are satisfied on all deliverables to date.

I'm the Owner of Accurate Moving Company. we specialize in residential and commercial moving, along with residential and commercial deliveries of furniture and appliances.

When we started the company, G4 Communication designed the logo, website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected G4 Communication after a google search and saw their reviews.

G4 has been managing our website as well as handling our Google Adwords and SEO. Getting new customers and commercial clients was obviously a major issue when starting in the industry.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 2 people in the team. IT specialist and web design specialist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The campaigns have been very successful since day one working with G4 Communications. I get updates and reports monthly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

we had in-person meetings in the beginning, but now it has transitioned to zoom calls. I get in contact with them easily via email or a quick call. They usually get back within a few minutes if my call is missed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm grateful for the fact that they are a one-stop-shop. I initially needed a logo design. I found out they offer website management/development, IT service, and digital marketing. Which was great for me, especially since I was dealing with all that's required when starting up a new company.

I don't think so personally speaking
