Hired clickwave to create and design a website for my company. They asked me exactly what I wanted in a website and had alot of good recommendations for me. They are an amazing company and work very well with customers from what I seen

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had called a few other companies before being referred to clickwave from a client of there's and all it took was 1 phone call and that was the deciding factor.. I am VERY happy I chose clickwave

They simply asked me a list of questions to understand my business to best assist me in. After that they took care of it all and made sure I was happy with every step before continuing

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with Cedrik, nit sure who else was working on this project with him but he was very clear on everything that was taking place and detailing all the steps that was being taken.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

All around amazing work.. 10/10 outcome and they delivered 100% satisfaction all across the board!

We asked if we could communicate via phone or text and that's exactly how we communicated. They would take my calls anytime I called or would text me if they were busy to let me know what time they would call me back. 10/10 on communication

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Honestly everything was impressive about this company. I was impressed with their communication, delivery, knowledge, and friendliness.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly not a single thing! They did fantastic

I’m the founder and CEO of iHR Advisory Services. We’re HR certified, HR experts, certified executive coaches, and leadership development professionals. Businesses outsource all or a portion of their human resources to our company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Clickwave?

My previous website was outdated and I wanted a platform that was reflective of my team and the organization’s culture. The website needed to be clear and succinct for people who normally don’t understand the type of services that are provided in the niche market that I operate within.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team created a new website for me. They conducted a discovery meeting at the start of our engagement where they did a full in-depth analysis of the types of services we provided.

Clickwave also built the design elements on our frontend and they placed photos of our team members there. In the process, they also selected stock photos that were going to different sections of our website. 

Additionally, they took the content from my previous website and migrated it onto my new platform. My content was too wordy and they fixed that, too. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with two people from their team.

How did you come to work with Clickwave?

I met them at a business meeting where a lot of people in the tech world meet and have discussions. I was impressed with their professionalism and approach. In relation to that, it was a no brainer for me that I’d be hiring them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $3,000–$5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We collaborated with them from February–October 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We received a lot of feedback from existing and new clients who said our website looks excellent. We also posted on our social media and redirected people to our platform, and that also received positive feedback. End users liked that our site was welcoming and reflective of our culture. In addition, they incorporated an outstanding design.

Throughout our partnership, they really put the people on my team as their focus. Our services were all around and they were able to make our organization stand out with the photos they placed on the platform. 

How did Clickwave perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very responsive and easy to deal with. We mainly used email to communicate. They followed all the revisions we wanted to apply on our platform. Overall, they were very responsible.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive thing was that they understood us excellently, which no one had done before. Our instructions were all reflected in the work that they did.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think there was just one area concerning the searchability of my profile that they needed to consider, which took a little bit of time to complete.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take time to have a discovery meeting and allow them to explore deeply because they’re going to do a fantastic job with that information.

I'm the marketing manager at CleanTech Innovations. We specialize in medical-grade disinfectants, sanitizers, and machines.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Clickwave? 

They’d actually done a website for us about a year and a half ago. We were so happy with the service and the quality of work that we went back to them again for a much larger scale website project.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Clickwave met with us to learn about our requests in more detail. We gave them some examples of what we were looking for on our website. I don’t know the names of technologies, so I just explained to them what I wanted. For example, we wanted something that moves and catches people’s attention right when they come to the website. They understood our requests and were able to turn them into reality.

They created a slideshow on the home page that cycles through the five main categories of products. On each of slide, a user can click a button to view the product or go to the exact product or category they're looking for. They also made square images of our products that flip over and display additional information. Also, there are hover points where the cursor blinks when the mouse hovers over a product. That lets the user know they can get additional product descriptions without having to actually read the entire web page.

What is the team composition?

Our two main contacts were Cedrik (founder, Clickwave) and David (development team lead, Clickwave).

How did you come to work with Clickwave? 

I don't actually know how it first started because they were in contact with our owner before I worked here. 

How much have you invested with them?

I honestly don't recall the exact amount but between $5,000–$10,000 sounds right. 

What is the status of this engagement? 

It only took them about a month from when we sat down to when they delivered the first draft. We worked together from November–December 2018 and the new site was live before January 1st.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Clickwave exceeded all expectations. They created a fabulous website. Many of our clients called us to say that they saw the new site and it was quite impressive. That’s always nice to hear. Also, they’ve made it very simple to find where to click to become a distributor or to get more information. That makes it easier for people to find us, contact us, and get the information they need. 

How did Clickwave perform from a project management standpoint? 

Their team managed the project very well. They have excellent communication and fast turnaround time. I would email them when I had edits. Then we‘d do a follow-up phone call to go over all of the changes. They also met with us in person at the beginning and the end of the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism and ability to do the job were so impressive. They clearly know what they're doing, and they do it well. The fast turnaround time also surprised me because of the amount of intricate work requested. The fact that they were able to deliver in such a timely fashion really blew us away. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

No. The communication was great, they were always quick to respond, and we ended up with a fabulous product. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don't hesitate. Give them a call and let them do what they do best.

This project was a success. The website is functional and boasts a great design.

I was impressed by their co-founder.

They should vet developers more thoroughly to reduce delays in meeting milestones. Otherwise, their work was excellent.
