They delivered everything on time and were flexible. The project ended up taking a bit longer than anticipated mostly because of the end client. Treetop intended to work on the project for only around four months, but they worked on it for around 7–8 months. Throughout that time, they were an extraordinarily flexible partner to us when we needed them to change the game plan for the client’s needs. Moreover, the team was open to our ideas and great at translating our design into the final platform’s code. Overall, they were flexible and an incredibly great partner even when things didn’t go exactly as expected.

I really like that they have designated people working on my account. I don't have to call them because they will regularly call me to find out what they can do for us, what can be improved, and what we're working on. They value our input as business owners. I mostly deal with the account manager but I can contact her supervisor if there's ever a problem. In terms of their service, the most important thing for me is that they're available. Being able to actually speak to somebody immediately if there's an issue is really critical. Even when it's not necessary, it's nice to know that there's somebody available right away.
