I’m the founder of an online e-commerce retail store. We produce high-quality male fashion accessories.
For what projects/services did your company hire Insil?
I needed them to assist us in taking the next step with our digital marketing efforts. We had never really focused on our paid digital strategy very much.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to increase organic traffic and optimize our digital ads to improve our overall strategy and improve the value we’re getting from our current spend. We also wanted successful platform integrations.
How did you select this vendor?
We engaged with several different Australian agencies to give us a quote and outline a strategy. In the end, we chose Insil based on their ability to meet our demands. We also felt as though they really took the time to understand us and our brand before making any quick recommendations. I had several KPI's I wanted them to be able to tangibly measure, which required several complex integrations, and it was an absolute breeze with them.

We held several additional discovery sessions to ensure our expectations aligned with theirs. They worked to increase our organic traffic, optimize our digital ads, and integrate our platforms.
What was the team composition?
We worked directly with an account manager, who engaged several other individuals to assist with some of the more technical integration items. We also worked with a content creator. Insil engaged our software vendors to ensure the setup worked appropriately.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We’ve achieved our goals since the start of our involvement with Insil, and we continue to do so. The greatest achievement, however, has been integrating all of our digital platforms to ensure we can track the entire user journey and appropriately target users through different marketing channels at each stage of the buyer cycle.

Communication has been amazing. It’s easy to get in touch with them. They're extremely responsive.

Their communication and strategy made a difference. This was a daunting project for us, so having continual discussions both over the phone and in person made the process hassle-free.
