Since their work started I have gotten many more clients who contacted me through my website. Before their work, the only people visiting my website were people who already knew me.

They work on specific projects, rather than everything at once for me, which is a good fit, as I am a busy person and rather demanding as to what is put on my website. They have been very responsive in my emails and phone calls to them.

They have consistently performed well and been diligent about moving my website placement and improving my website by adding content and working with me on how the website is organized.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Ad Firm?

We worked with another company, but that vendor disappeared and we never heard from them again. We were not able to make any changes to our website, so we were looking for a new company to get our website back and help us with social media marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Ad Firm assists us with marketing and growing our patient base. They set up our social media accounts and pages for Yelp and Google reviews. We hadn't used social media before, but we were happy to jump on that train.

Also, we use different phrases for our different locations, and each month we get a report from their analytics with the common searches. They provide recommendations to help us improve the results for our website, social media, and Google searches. In addition, they'll be redesigning our website.

We were looking for different companies that would take over our site. The Ad Firm was recommended to us and we've been enjoying their work ever since.

About 20% of our customers find us through our website or social media. Before we started working with them, our website was very non-functional. Now, we have a website that is fully functional and has an online scheduling feature. They know what will help our business grow. We fully trust them.

They're very friendly and prompt. They have fast turnaround times when it comes to web design, which happens rarely in the IT world. We have monthly calls and they update me on our progress.

I'm more hands-on than most of their clients, but they like that about me and are willing to work collaboratively with me.

The Ad Firm's efforts increased monthly leads by about 10–15 calls, which has been great for us. Potential clients are finding us through the website they designed rather than just by word of mouth.

They provide a monthly report on web traffic and we usually check in by phone in between as needed.

They're straightforward about what they need from us and make the whole process easy for the client. The way they set up how we interact with potential leads is simple and doesn't require any extra work, unlike other platforms we've seen in our industry.

We hired them for SEO, web development, call tracking, press release writing, improvement of our Google rankings, and assistance with the management of our Yelp and Angie’s List profiles.

What were your goals for this project?

We aimed to improve and maintain our rankings. We also wanted to ensure that our web presence stayed up to date and that changes were made every week using Google.

We vetted a few companies to see who would work best with our goals and direction. The Ad Firm understood exactly what we wanted and knew how to get there.

Describe the project in detail.

They refresh the website and keep our rankings current by ensuring that keywords are up-to-date on all search platforms. We’ve also worked through a list of possible keywords that pinpoint exactly what we do. We stay constantly up-to-date on this and make sure that our keywords are congruent across all platforms.

They put out monthly press releases that link to our website and keep our Google rankings current. They also use call tracking to identify where calls are coming from, determine whether they are valid, and evaluate whether they produce leads. That also enables us to listen to calls for training purposes.

We deal directly with the owner and office manager. Their team works behind the scenes with them on all platforms.

Before we started working with The Ad Firm, we showed up on the bottom of the first page or on the second page. Now we show up in the top three spots and have received more phone calls.

They are great about staying up-to-date and making us aware when we need to do or change something. They're also good at taking calls and emails, answering questions, and helping however they can.

They have integrity and they always deliver. We never have to manage them, since they're always on top of everything and ensure we stay on top.

We had a few issues, but we discussed them and they changed immediately. Our relationship has been easy thereafter.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were struggling to stay busy, and now we have expanded into new locations and have more doctors working for us. We’ve also gotten a lot of patients from this. We get over 600 phone calls a month and probably accept about 150 new patients a month. Before working with The Ad Firm, we were struggling to get 100 phone calls and probably got 20–40 new patients a month.

How did The Ad Firm perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. They use Basecamp and always update us. We’re normally the ones holding things up. Our primary form of communication is phone calls, and the second is email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They just get the job done. They don’t give me a headache, and anytime we need something, they’re very fast to get it done.

It could be cheaper, but who doesn’t want that?
