I'm a digital marketing manager at a network of businesses that focus on improving peoples activity levels, health and nutrition.

We were struggling for boots on the ground man power and also hitting a lot of walls when it came to compliance on ppc. We began chatting with Sam at PPC.co and it was clear he understood our frustrations and was confident we could find a way to overcome the hurdles together.

We chose PPC.co because they had specific experience in our niches, and they also spoke with confidence about solutions to problems we were facing. We were never over-sold.

The project began with a competitor analysis phase before we moved on to campaign creation and testing. Keeping ads and landing pages compliant was of paramount importance and PPC.co helped us make key decisions that were essential to the success of the campaigns.

We've been in contact with two members of the PPC.co team, the first being Sam who has been our account manager and assisted us every step of the way. The second being Tim who has always been on hand to work with us on contracts and payments.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The campaigns Sam at PPC.co set up faced very few compliance issues like we had in the past with other agencies. The ads themselves in some cases began generating our first google ads sales ever for certain brands.

PPC.co work very much as an extension of our team. Our goals are theirs and we are in regular contact with new ideas, options and suggestions flowing in both directions.

Their personal level of service is much more like having an extra team member rather than working with an agency.

They asked me what web pages I needed help ranking. They offered their insight on what I should do that was within my budget, created a timeline for me on key deliverables which was reviewing the articles their in-house authors wrote and made the changes I requested. Then, they sent the articles to their publishers and got it published!
