When Cason Graye Homes came to TopSpot, they needed a website that reflected their brand and home building style. They also wanted to grow their Houston SEO presence along

with their organic presence in Houston’s surrounding neighborhoods.

Altius Technical Services Website

When Altius Technical Services came to TopSpot, they were wanting a mobile-friendly website design that had a clean interface that would help drive online leads while putting emphases on their rope training courses and team members.

The TopSpot team created a website architecture with SEO serving as the foundation

and a clean, professional design that provided bold calls to action and multiple conversion opportunities throughout each page while promoting their brand, team members and experience.

When Servo2Go was ready to update their eCommerce store with a responsive design, they went with their current digital marketing provider, TopSpot. It was important to the Servo2Go team that the progress made with to the current Servo2Go website be transferred to the new site to keep their momentum going. It was also

Based on the detailed reports they send me, we’ve experienced stable month over month (MoM) growth in our traffic and engagement online. I highly recommend working with them based on our experience.

Their project management skills are exceptional. I’ve had in-person meetings but most of our conversations happen in phone conferences with multiple members of their team. We have these on a quarterly basis, and they send me monthly reports. I’m also able to initiate communication via email and receive a response very quickly. Every issue I’ve had, they’ve responded to it. Whenever I want something changed, even weekly, they’ll update it immediately. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been extremely supportive throughout the process. Their team hosts conferences that my staff attends to learn more about optimizing our marketing efforts, which is great. Their customer service has been amazing and I can’t emphasize enough how beautiful the website came out. They continue to improve it and strengthen their efforts.

They helped us establish a paid search campaign using Google. We sat down and discussed what kind of clients we like and where the focus on the paid search campaign needs to be the most. We also went over the different services we provide, where we excel, and where we have a competitive advantage over other companies.

The idea was to get as much business as we can in the form of sales appointments, where I go out and walk the facility to be serviced, meet with the person in charge, and then provide them with a quote.

They had some suggestions and asked us a lot of questions to set up the parameters of the search, focusing on getting the kind of business we wanted. We didn’t want to be paying for somebody we weren’t really interested in having as a customer.
