Andrew & Bowiehelped our manufacturing company entirely re-design our brand from our logo, to presentation templates, to business cards & website. As a company that has been in business for 30+ years, our outdated look was hindering us from new business opportunity and partnerships with modern brands. 

The 4HK team helped us elevate the aesthetic of our brand, clarify the technicalities of our services, illustrate them, and market our capabilities in a way that was impressive and powerful. The 4HK team truly took the time to understand the history of our business, and embedded that value into a new, contemporary outlook. 

Their team provided us with options during the design process, which made our decision process as a team easy. The collaborative process was smooth, and productive. And although we were in the USA, and they were in Hong Kong, their team always found a way to work well with us over zoom, organized links, and remarkable communication. Friendly & professional.

As a Sales Representative of the company 4HK rebranded, I am experiencing an increase in meetings landed with targeted clients.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Items were delivered on time, and in organized shareable links. Their team allowed us to explore how we were going to showcase our toys and collectible products on the website, by modifying the images until we were able to land on an outlook that worked for us. Any comments or changes we made, 4hk was quick to respond and if a zoom meeting needed to be called, they worked with our team to collaborate over zoom.

The master templates and presentations 4hk designed for us have powerful graphics, are easy to modify per client. I appreciated their ability to capture the history and success of our well-established company, and enhance that reputation with exceptional aesthetics.

I do not have any particular suggestions for improvement.

Established in 1981, the Hong Kong Dance Company (HKDC) was incorporated in 2001 as a charitable and non-profit-making institution, and is financially supported by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. As one of the nine flagship performing arts companies in Hong Kong, our mission is to promote Chinese dance with contemporary artistic visions and Hong Kong character. Since its inception, HKDC has staged over 100 productions, many of which have enjoyed considerable critical acclaim.

Recent productions include The Legend of Mulan, Red Poppies, Spring Ritual·Eulogy, The Butterfly Lovers, Storm Clouds, L’Amour Immortel, Dream of the Past: Ancient Chinese Court Dances, Reveries of the Red Chamber, Chinese Hero: A Lone Exile, Vipassana, Lady White of West Lake, Tale of Three Cities, Waiting Heart, Liu Sanjie, Ode to the Silk Road, Dance of Strings and A Tale of the Southern Sky. I am the Marketing and Programme Manager of the Company.

Digital Marketing including strategies and all necessary implementation for branding and promotion for theatre productions. Ticket selling, an increase of number of fans, social media traffic and engagement.

I’m the founder of a startup that monitors private startups in Hong Kong. We collect private information regarding their business model to get more data for early investors and other investment parties.

We needed a logo and help with brand development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

4HK has helped us with branding design. They’ve given us a brand book and done reports, templates, newsletters, and so on. Generally, we consult with them if we need marketing or branding support. 

They’ve also built the site from scratch, and we manage it. Currently, they provide hosting services.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with four people: an account lead, a designer, a developer, and a project executive.

How did you come to work with 4HK?

Either it was a referral, or we found them on Google.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around 200,000 Hong Kong dollars (approximately $25,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2018, and our relationship is ongoing.

Our team likes the designs and logo. We’ve been on par with everything they’ve delivered.

How did 4HK perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very controlled regarding the plans and milestones; they’re on top of everything. We mainly communicate via email, WhatsApp, and in person.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been keen on helping us to grow the business. We definitely recommend them. Other agencies might fall off and leave. With 4HK, the whole process has been personalized.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re very professional. We’re happy with our logo and website. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want so they can clearly understand what to build. If you don’t know what to do, they’ll probably be on the same page.
