Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the IT manager at a custom tuning and diesel repair shop for commercial vehicles.


What challenge were you trying to address with BubbleUP?

As our business was expanding, we started to look for places to combine services or save money. We realized that we were missing some aspects of SEO.


What was the scope of their involvement?

BubbleUP created print advertisements and managed all of our digital content for Google Ads. They continue to help up produce copy and image content for our website and for us to post on Facebook, while working on other specific projects like a newsletter platform. We’re considering having their team manage the SEO for our website.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a project manager and a few other teammates that led specific segments of our project.

How did you come to work with BubbleUP?

We did a Google search for local advertising agencies, and BubbleUP’s website stood out. Based on their use of visual imagery to create a quality online presence, we were confident in their ability to help us. Their team seemed personable and open.

Our work is ongoing, but the partnership began in October 2017.

How did BubbleUP perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been fairly good with communication. We’re in regular contact with their team through email and phone, but we also schedule monthly or bi-monthly meetings with our project manager as needed. BubbleUP provides monthly reports on Google Analytics, Facebook ads, and any other campaigns we’re running—like newsletters.

What did you find most impressive about them?

BubbleUP showed a deep interest in our company as a whole. Unlike competitors, they got into the heart of what our company is. They’re not only skilled in advertising, but also mindful of company culture.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Because we follow a dynamic workflow, we struggled with communication for a short time. We established specific channels, and it’s been smooth sailing since.
