What was the scope of their involvement?
Loud Mouth Media has helped us develop digital marketing strategies to generate leads. Our goal is to get consumers to click through our websites and browse our products. Once a consumer has an order in mind, they’ll contact a trade company for installation, which drives demand for our business.
To do this, Loud Mouth Media manages our PPC campaigns, creating ads to highlight our products’ features such as energy efficiency, security, and color options. They’ve also advised us on how to restructure our web design to make their ads more effective. This has ranged from identifying specific visual elements to recommending web designers whom they’ve worked with in the past.
We’re currently working with their team to revamp our websites and increase our social efforts. In addition to having them post ads through our Facebook page, we plan to expand their role to include content for Instagram and Twitter.
What is the team composition?
When we first started working with them, Mark (Managing Director, Loud Mouth Media) was our main point of contact. Since then, his company has grown considerably, but he still takes the time to check in on us. We now work with Jemma (PPC Account Manager, Loud Mouth Media) who monitors our campaigns and makes adjustments as needed.
How did you come to work with Loud Mouth Media?
We considered two agencies along with Loud Mouth Media. It was initially difficult for us to get a sense of what we needed because we were so new to digital marketing. When it came to the interviews, we didn’t know what questions to ask nor really understood some of the explanations.
Then, Mark came in and broke everything down in a way that made sense to us. He advised us to start off small, making sure that we felt well-informed and comfortable with the process before ramping up. Since then, our partnership has only continued to evolve.
What is the status of this engagement?
Their work started in 2006 and is ongoing.
