Out PPC monthly spend is similar to what it was before working with Loud Mouth, but we started seeing increased conversion rates and lower CPAs that were outperforming industry standards.
We saw an immediate impact on our bottom line and we’re getting more sales for every pound we spent. The strategy to dominate our brand search terms and continue to build in negative keywords to each campaign helped us easily achieve our target CPA. Re-marketing to site visitors who didn’t make a purchase or abandoned their checkout further helped to tighten and improve all of our campaigns’ performance.

Are there any areas for improvement?
We’re more than satisfied with all aspects of our Search & Display advertising so it's hard to find fault or suggest areas of improvement. If I was pushed, I'd say that we needed more proactive support on social advertising, but that wasn’t the core focus of our campaigns.
