Working with Loud Mouth Media has given us a much more cost-effective way to reach a better-suited audience. We can now target specific people based on their interests. Our web traffic has increased by 98% since we started, and our occupancy rate has risen from 69% to 83%.
We’ve also been selling noticeably more tickets since we started working together. In January 2018, 48% of our sales were through e-commerce. By December 2018, we were conducting 82% of our sales through e-commerce.

How did Loud Mouth Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Loud Mouth Media is very good at project management. We try to meet on a quarterly basis for performance reviews and communicate via email and phone calls. Out of all the agencies I’ve worked with, they’re one of the most efficient. A week has never gone by without hearing from one of their representatives. They send performance reports proactively without us having to ask.
During meetings, they recommend new ways to enhance our ad campaigns. The unique consultation they provide based on our proposals has made them stand out since the very beginning. Informed by research, they always consider the best course of action and treat every campaign on an individual basis.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Loud Mouth Media has specialists on staff for the entire Google Suite of projects and every type of social media. Many agencies lack their strategic abilities. The performance marketing director who attends to our account overall personally oversees how we can improve.
Looking at the overall web product, they’re quite keen to enhance our website’s functionality and design to optimize conversion rates. Even though they’re not a design agency, they willingly make recommendations.

No, there’s nothing I can think of that they need to improve.

Invest the time and financial resources to ensure your website is fully integrated with the Google Suite of products as well as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
In the beginning, we often just wanted to launch the campaign and start seeing results right away. Making the necessary investments from the start set us up for beneficial results in the long term.
