Third Marble built a new website for my business and performed SEO to get my business found on Google Maps. They also optimized my Google Business Profile as well. The SEO has really been great for my business - I'm getting plenty of leads and the website they built looks fantastic!

Third Marble was instrumental with the building and implementation of my website. To ensuring that it would be ADA compliant, optimized for Google and other platforms as well.  I know have great page load speeds in addition to an aesthetically pleasing website.  They took my mediocre website and made it full throttle.  We have implemented SEO as well and I am looking forward to having my business highlighted and seen across google for optimal exposure.

Our business was on page 3 for most of our Google searches and no where on Google Maps.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Third Marble was local to us and their pricing was reasonable with no contracts, so we felt like it was worth a shot.

First, they fixed our Google My Business account and got it aligned with Google's policies. Then they worked on recoding the website so it helped Google understand our website better. They also helped complete the online business profiles with the right keywords for our business.

There were at least 4 people that worked on our account, maybe more.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are now in the #2 spot on Google Maps and the #1 spot in the organic listings. Our traffic is at least 10 times what we were getting a year ago.

They follow a process, so there's not much interaction. This was great since we didn't know what to ask for. We just let them do their thing and it works.

They definitely have a plan. There's minimal wasted effort.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the first month was a little slow to get started. There was a lot of hurry up and wait.
