We had weekly meeting to set up due date and time line. Everything was delivered on time, nephila was always quick to answer all our needs even if it was not in their scope (SEO for exemple)

We are a first-to-market healthcare SaaS company. We have a mobile app and web platform to help clinicians and healthcare organizations manage license and CE compliance, etc. I am the marketing manager who works directly with Nephila Marketing team.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nephila Marketing, Inc., and what were your goals?

We started working with Nephila Marketing to help with paid advertising to help with brand recognition and lead generation. Nephila's team has helped with the setup, management, and execution of campaigns with our internal team. Our goals are to create brand awareness since we are a first-to-market solution company and create lead-nurturing marketing campaigns to move the leads to customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were highly recommended by someone in my network who worked with Nephila in the past.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

Since we are a new product we had to teach the Nephila team our product and explain the healthcare industry and the specific area of the market we want to disrupt with innovation. We strategically choose already existing marketing assets and built them into white pagers for lead generation and developed new assets as well.

With Nephila we built new landing pages and paid ad campaigns with a specific focus on Google and Linkedin. We also review the current marketing strategies to see where we can evolve and make the most impact to meet our goals. All while integrating the data into our current CRM system (Hubspot.)

We work mainly with the account manager and Agency founder. We also get emails from the budget/data manager and graphic designers.

In the first 3 months of using Nephila, we tripled lead generation results with high-quality leads.

They're well-rounded and versed in all things marketing. They're friendly and responsive. They are very vested, they are always willing to help and come up with new ideas to help push the business forward.
