Climbing Trees is extremely responsive - in the first instance they described how they would set-up the Ads campaigns, how they would target and they spent a good deal of time looking at our site and picking up our tone of voice. They gave us a timeframe for the set-up which was met and as the project is open-ended, they continue to clearly indicate what is being planned (and why) and then meeting this. Most Ads agencies are focused on keeping the client by promising amazing performance just around the corner. Not so with Climbing Trees which retains its clients (us at least) through clear communication and impressive performance.

They’re very reasonably priced and provide direct, concise scopes of work that clearly show what I’m being charged for and what each component costs. Camberlion, however, does a really good job of providing detailed pricing, which builds trust from the beginning. Furthermore, their team is responsive and creative. They understand what the business purpose of the website is. I think that Camberlion understands that we want to achieve something greater than just having a lovely website that gets hits.

Treat Camberlion like a business partner. Bring them into what it is you’re trying to achieve and give them all the information you have regarding your business purpose. They’re really good at honing that and figuring out what can be done so that it later ties into strategies for growth. I thought I had a clear idea of what I wanted when we first started but they took that to another level. I wasn't passed off to a low-level employee. With Level, the "quarterback" who you buy into and believe in during the sales process is the one who owns your account. "Owns" is the keyword. They are a world-class digital marketer and human who cares as much about our business as I do. Because we had a seasoned expert, there were no lies. If something was working, we tested ontop of it. If it wasn't, we quickly re-grouped and attacked. Ladder treated our money like their money.
