We have partnered with Grounds For Promotions for years, but for this specific project they helped to launch our Google Grant Campaign with the goal of increasing page views and interactions on a dedicated landing page. The Grounds For Promotion team works hard to optomize our digital strategy and identify our target audiences while enhancing our SEO though strong keyword research.

We continue to track impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPC and spend each month. We have continued to have a high volume of impressions, clicks and conversions which has been the ongoing goal for the project. We consistently see a large portion of our traffic on the landing page coming directly from the ads set up by Grounds For Promotion.

I only have great things to say about the team's project management! They always deliver items on time and go above and beyond in the quality of their work. They are great at keeping our team up to date on how our analytics are tracking and always keep our goal in mind. If a question ever pops up in between our weekly meetings, they are quick to respond to emails as well.

GFP was contracted to optimize our Google ads and explore marketing on social media platforms Facebook and LinkedIn.  Before we started on Google ads and social media marketing, GFP first did a deep dive into our company's history, products, and intended messaging.  The deep dive and continued discussions around our company's relationship with the public, and related messaging, added more long term value to their contract than we could have ever imagined.

Both conversions went up and cost per click went down signficantly.

The company's founder, Jonathan, has an incredible skill for spotting things that might be holding your company back in its relationship and messaging with the public. Jonathan helped us understand what was holding us back and helped us navigate difficult conversations that led to significant changes at our company and our external image.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Grounds for Promotion could have done differently?

The only thing might be a lower-cost tier for some basic ad management.  But I understand that is not in their buisiness model and they focus on full service ad management.

The nice thing about GFP is that they are always making improvements as we go along. They truly read our analytic results and make changes and optimizations that benefit our end goal. They also listen well to our needs and adjust.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Grounds for Promotion had been a business partner of CVP's before I acquired the business in 2020. They were referred to the previous organization and after heavy scrutiny we decided to keep them on with the new organization. The deciding factors we performance within a budget and willingness to become experts within our industry (as is appropriate to maintain a PPC campaign).

The scope of the project is to leverage Google and Bing PPC channels to maximize profitable traffic to our website. Additionally, they are charged with holding by-monthly performance reviews where trends are reviewed, and test results are analyzed.

Two people from GFP support our business partnership. One principal account manager and one account manager. Executive level review occurs at least twice per year (but is always available upon request).

Traffic continues to be driven to our site, but what makes me happiest is the optimization of profitable traffic to our site.

There has been strong initial progress for this campaign that leads me to believe that the creative, targeting, and setup are geared towards positive outcomes for this campaign. It is ongoing until EOY, but we are pleased with the initial results.

For the Geospatial team, GFP has managed our PPC campaigns with outstanding expertise and customer service.  Deliverables have include(d) a website SEO audit, PPC campaign advertising buying and management; monthly read-outs with analysis, analysis of performance metrics, and maintenance of dashboards for our campaigns.
