I’m an event marketing and sponsorship associate for a consumer electronics company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Viral Nation?
I manage a lot of influencer campaigns and rely on Viral Nation’s expertise. We needed help bridging the gap between the client and the influencer.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started with influencer campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, influencer management, whitelisting, and anything related to social media platforms. Then we decided to work with them on other initiatives as well. They sourced and contracted influencers and then got them up to speed on the product and campaign.
What is the team composition?
Gabe (Sr. Business Development Lead) was our main point of contact, and he has been super helpful. He’s very intelligent and an asset to the team.
We also worked with Samantha (Account Executive). She’s super organized and on top of everything.
How did you come to work with Viral Nation?
Someone on my team knew about them, and we decided to give them a chance because they had a good understanding of the influencer space. We weren’t sure how we would work with them, but we’re glad we went with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $400,000–$600,000 CAD (approximately $300,000–$500,000).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in December 2019 and the project is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Viral Nation did a great job setting targets and meeting them. We were able to track how we were doing and whether or not we met our targets on a monthly basis. They’ve definitely overperformed. Whenever I had a problem, they came back with the plan and the best way to achieve my goals.
How did Viral Nation perform from a project management standpoint?
Throughout the process, they chatted with me so I could provide feedback and approve everything. We also had weekly check-ins and they delivered reports to upper management.
We communicate through email, Trello, Google Sheets, and Google Suite. They’re very organized and I can rely on them to support us in that regard.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their organization and flexibility are definitely impressive.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had no issues. Everything they’ve done has been great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them an opportunity to show what their skills are. As we understood more about what their capabilities, we were able to fit into our marketing. I would recommend that any new clients collaborate with them.
