To create a website with updated branded elements that accurately displays our continuum of care and allows users an easy experience to find intake and services that may be right for them.

The project management was stellar! Nick is incredible. He's usually ahead of time on deliverables and is always working to be creative to help us come up with cheap or easy solutions which is so valuable to us as a nonprofit. I can't sat enough good things about how thoughtful the team is and how they truly serve as an extension of our team. If anything, transitions on our staff have delayed them and they have been incredibly patient through those and have served as a consistent force of support.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their customer service is top-notch, but somehow their development experitise is even better. They were able to take something complicated like a website and design templated pages in a way that was so easy for our team to jump into. And, they truly took the time to make sure we felt supported in the web launch roll out.

I started at the Director of Marketing and Communications six days before our roll out and at no point did I feel lost because of how incredible the ForeFront team was in supporting us. They were there to answer questions and train me on any piece I needed on an already incredible product delivery. That's the sort of thing that i invaluable in a consultant partner.

I can't say anything but good things!

This project encompassed five distinct phases to deliver a comprehensive website solution. Beginning with a thorough discovery process to understand our needs and goals, the project progressed through content development, design, development, launch and post-launch support. Each phase included specific deliverables and objectives to ensure the project met our expectations and achieved optimal results for us:

Phase 1: Discovery:
- ForeFront conducted in-depth research on our existing website, target audience, and competitors. They analyzed existing marketing data, interviewed stakeholders, developed user personas, and created a project timeline and scope of work document. Key Deliverables: Research reports, user personas, approved project scope and timeline, and sitemap.
Phase 2: Content:
- A content repository was established by ForeFront to gather website content, provided content writing and editing services, and ensured that the content aligned with SEO best practices. Key Deliverables: Populated content repository and high-quality website content.
Phase 3: Design:
- ForeFront created custom homepage and interior page designs, incorporating materials we provided, and provided design iterations. Key Deliverables: Approved homepage and interior page designs.
Phase 4: Development:
- ForeFront built the website using WordPress, implemented necessary functionalities (contact forms, blog, resource library), and provided CMS training. Key Deliverables: Fully functional website and CMS training materials.

Our ongoing partnership with ForeFront as our Hosting Provider and Website Maintenance provider ensures that we are able to focus on running our business without having to have any technical worries as we know ForeFront's team is there should we need them. Win-win!
