The project manager updates us on a regular basis. We have a biweekly meeting to discuss our progress, next steps and strategy, however for daily tasks we use Trello!

They are effective and deliver results fast! They are always open to discussion regarding new projects and strategies. I personally like how they make promises only when being 100% they can deliver them, this helps our strategy and expectations.

They developed a 12 month strategy that included regular content generation. They worked closely with us to capture the "voice" we wanted to represent our brand when it came to content and provided us with a strong selection of content writers. They also worked directly with the developers to resolve problems our website had and change its layout.

Our blog started bringing in significant traffic and we feel it has strongly affected our brand awareness. We are also very pleased with how our website provides a better UX.

The project manager that we were assigned provided us frequent updates on both what they were working on and the progress of our developer's work. We connected over meetings twice a week and used Trello for all other communication.

We also appreciated that apart from letting us know about what actions were being taken, they also made clear why they were being taken and exactly what we can expect as a result of these actions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very impressed by how they increased our own knowledge and helped get more organized and focus internally regarding our goals. We were also surprised by how clear they were with why they made each change and how that would help our website's performance.

Wizard delivered on their promises and made clear what can and cannot be achieved based on our budget from the start. They don't promise results unless they are 100% sure they can deliver them and in our case they exceeded them. We highly recommend them.

There is nothing evident on our part, we were very impressed with their work. I guess there is always room for improvement though.
