We have worked with Bench for many years on our paid digital marketing including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, display, online video, Youtube, and more. Our always on strategy drives awareness and engagement and our promotional advertising drives package and airfare sales.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've seen success in the digital spend with Bench meeting our business KPI's (as well as industry benchmarks) and due to tracking we can also see what digital activity contributed to our airfare sales with a variety of partners.

Bench is very quick to respond to our needs. They are very quick to launch urgent campaigns that come up and I feel like they are very invested in what we do and what we need to achieve.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team at Bench are very creative in their approach and they are always looking at ways we can optimise our spend and get the most bang for our buck. They don't just set and forget our campaigns - they are always working with us to improve our advertising and also bring forward new avenues to try. 
I also appreciate the level of service we receive with Bench - Nate and Aaron are top notch and always respond to even the most basic question. Aaron and Nate understand that they are in these platforms everyday and that we may not be, so the time they take to explain the different elements of our digital advertising, how it is all going, and the monthly reporting is greatly appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Bench Media could have done differently?

Not that I have experienced - we are happy with their service and have been for years.
