This includes metrics such as sessions, total sales, orders, ad sales %, organic vs PPC sales, and total ad spend analysis. Key deliverables include reduced ACOS and TACOS, improved ad efficiency, and consistent sales growth through strategic campaign optimization.

Since partnering with Ecomclips in July 2024, we’ve seen a significant reduction in monthly Amazon PPC ad spend while maintaining strong sales performance. From January to July 2025, organic sales increased by 18%, net sales grew by 10%, and advertising efficiency improved through lower ACOS and TACOS. These results reflect better ROI, stronger organic visibility, and sustained overall growth.

What I find most impressive about Ecomclips is their highly organized team structure. They divide responsibilities between three specialized groups, and I communicate with them primarily through WhatsApp, along with monthly live meetings with each team. The PPC team manages all sales data and provides detailed weekly KPI reports in spreadsheet form. The management team oversees display ads and quickly resolves any rare policy violations. This clear division of roles ensures fast responses, smooth communication, and consistent results—and I even know many of the team members by name.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ecomclips could have done differently?

There’s always room for improvement in any organization. One challenge is that Ecomclips is based in India, which means a 12-hour time difference. Monthly live meetings typically need to be scheduled around 8 PM in the U.S. (8 AM for them) or vice versa, and responses usually arrive within 1–10 hours. However, the upside is that you receive the same level of work and expertise at roughly one-fifth—or even less—of the cost of a comparable U.S.-based Amazon management team.
