We can't ask for more than reaching the number one Google spot worldwide. I had never conceived of that and saw it as being beyond the realm of possibility. All I wanted was for kids to go to our website and be able to make some design work before coming to our shop. I was thinking purely local. As we started fanning out across the United States and the world, I started getting many new kinds of orders for the same kinds of products. As an example, we received 900 orders for "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" – the TV show. We never thought we'd get this type of order, but now they're rolling in all the time, amounting to more than 60 percent of our total business. We receive inquiries from movies and hip-hop people like Rick Ross and Snoop Dogg, which we weren't catering to. This leads to a much higher profit markup.
There are stock products that we sell through Amazon. Wallaroo Media has developed a system that measures how many of each measurement and color we are selling. I would never have thought of this, but it's a no-brainer. I can simply put stock jackets in a box and ship them.
We could have stayed small, but I found that I loved doing the kind of business that was opening up. Every day is an adventure, and I love my job again.

I appreciate the fact that Wallaroo Media doesn't work with multiple clients in the same field. The number one spot can't be guaranteed for 2 people, so Wallaroo Media doesn't pit customers against each other.

Clients should let Wallaroo Media do what they do and not try to overmanage projects. If someone came in and tried to tell me how to embroider a jacket, I wouldn't give them the time of day. Many people think they know more than they do.
