A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Please describe your organization.
We are a graphic design and branding studio. We work with a wide variety of clients, helping with everything from naming their companies, to designing product labels, websites, advertising print, and so on. We work mainly with WordPress for website implementations.
What is your position?
I am a brand consultant and designer.
What business challenge were you trying to address with Inflow?
We needed help with inbound marketing strategy, pay-per-click campaigns, and organic SEO for our clients' websites as well as for our own.
Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.
Inflow handles the SEO strategy for initial site launches, site migrations for new clients, pay-per-click strategy, and account management, creating audience personas for inbound campaigns as well as content, distribution, and social strategies for content marketing.
How did you come to work with Inflow?
Their owner was referred to me by a marketing contact around 10 years ago. Inflow has been the only firm that has reliably and consistently shown results for the tasks we assign them.
Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?
The annual cost for their services is around $24,000-80,000 per client.
What is the status of this engagement?
We've been working with Inflow for 8-10 years.
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
One project that we worked on focused on revamping a website in order to make it mobile-friendly. It showed a 180% increase in mobile conversion rates.
We've seen customers go from having zero presence for a brand-new site to ranking within the first three positions organically for keywords on Google. Inflow has helped us establish strategies for Pinterest advertising when the service came out. They helped analyze various sites for conversion improvements, making minor tweaks and adjustments which resulted in more sales for the client. Pretty much everything they've touched has worked.
This is mostly due to the fact that Inflow is clear in terms of what they can and can't do. If a client comes to them with unrealistic goals, they will be honest by saying no matter how much money is spent, there won't be improvements going in that direction.
How did Inflow perform from a project management standpoint?
Everyone that works there is very friendly, giving great customer service. They care about their clients' business and are out to achieve results.
What distinguishes Inflow from other providers?
Inflow doesn’t simply aim to send monthly invoices. They stay up-to-date on current trends. If we have a question about something they haven't seen before, they will find the answer. Everything about Inflow is fabulous all around.
Is there anything Inflow could have improved or done differently?
I can't think of anything. Inflow has always addressed any concerns we've had.
