Margaritaville, a state of mind since 1977, is a global lifestyle brand featuring over 40 lodging locations and over 20 additional projects in the pipeline positioned across a variety of full-service and boutique hotel and resort brands, branded real estate, premium RV destinations, and gaming properties. 

All complemented by an extensive suite of food and beverage concepts, including Margaritaville Restaurant, award-winning JWB Prime Steak and Seafood, 5 O’clock Somewhere Bar & Grill, and LandShark Bar & Grill.

Community management for the Margaritaville brand, Compass Hotel by Margaritaville and Camp Margaritaville’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. Their work also includes developing brand-wide social media guidelines, strategic guidance and support on the brand's online presence

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They continue to grow our online audience while maintaining our brand integrity, values, look and feel. Our partners and internal team continued to be impressed with their work and we trust them with all aspects of our business.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, we move very fast and Mighty Roar is able to keep up with us. We have weekly meetings and stay in constant touch over Slack, email and phone. Even on nights and weekends they are available to us.

Similar to how our company works, everyone always chips in to get the job done. There is no job above or below anyone. They aren't caught up on titles or work in silos.

Through out our long relationship, we have tapped the team at Mighty Roar for a variety of projects. Based upon our business objectives and goals, they have developed strategy through execution for our B2B brand and our DTC brands. Their strategy is based upon customer insights and their execution is thoughtful, well executed and resonates with prospects and customers.

 Projects include new brand development, evolving and refreshing existing brands, assessing program performance, optimization recommendations and subsequent CRO improvements, trade show booth and materials, an explainer video that makes our brand resonate with business and consumer prospects alike.

They are agile in their approach to projects. They deliver projects on time and on budget. They were always sensitive to our needs and ongoing, iterative feedback.
