In over 16 years of doing this, I’ve learned how people notice an advertisement, and I can tell that people have really taken note of our new billboards and printed ads. I was initially a little timid about Marketing Outpost’s approach, which was more thoughtful and in-your-face than any of the approaches that I’ve done with other marketing companies. It seems that a lot of providers in the service industry are very scattered and smothered right now, but Marketing Outpost is just absolutely put together, consistent, and responsive.

RHI’s team has proven to be experts in identifying which plug-ins are the best and will last the longest — this is critical because there are many poor-quality plug-ins for WordPress, and if you don’t know which to choose, it can be very expensive for clients.

Our SERP rankings for critical search terms have also improved; more people are coming to our website through organic search, which is a crucial focus of our marketing campaign. Moreover, Zach has a data-driven approach. When I come to him with a proposed idea, he doesn’t give recommendations based only on his thoughts and feelings. Instead, he pulls up Google Analytics and other tools to look at what the metrics say. Then, he gives us guidance based on that. Furthermore, everything that WE•DO recommends also considers our end goals, ensuring that we don’t get derailed or distracted. They also run split tests to see which approach performs better, and we capture data to learn from while running the test. They then make changes as needed, based on what will deliver the best results.
