Marketing for Growth-focused, Data-driven Brands.
We take the burden off of lean, mission-focused organizations like yours to illuminate the possibility of growth and measurable results across the metrics that matter most to your organization.
We frequently partner with brands that have defined growth goals, but not enough time or internal resources to execute the type of marketing that is essential to satisfy their goals. Our team plugs into what currently exists, and works collaboratively with partner teams to expand and scale.
Team of one? No problem. Our strategists will take the reigns and help guide you through proper marketing strategy and planning, and be your go-to experts for every step of implementation.
We are agile, we are creative, and we are the digital marketing partner your brand is looking for.

PPC Services For Pain Management Provider
With over four years in partnership, our team was able to achieve significant efficiencies in PPC (paid search) campaigns for this national pain management provider. The scope also increased from PPC only, to Yelp advertising and profile management, display advertising, and SEO content writing. The PPC program, which was focused on local markets in three states, saw month-over-month and year-over-year improvements consistently, across major campaign KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate (CVR), and click-through rate (CTR).

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of an e-learning company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Crimson Park Digital?
We needed a company that could handle our digital marketing efforts.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We hired Crimson Park Digital to handle our SEO and PPC initiatives. We initially provided them with our company guidelines, which included information about our target audience, goals, budget, and more. From there, they created a digital marketing plan for us.
Crimson Park Digital’s responsibilities include running PPC campaigns on Google AdWords, writing ad copy, writing blog posts, and conducting keyword research and optimization. We’re planning on working with them on other social media platforms in 2023.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with 6–7 people from Crimson Park Digital, including their president, an implementation specialist, a social media coordinator, a business development manager, and an IT specialist.
How did you come to work with Crimson Park Digital?
We found Crimson Park Digital through a referral.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $60,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen an increase in our site traffic and impression rate.
How did Crimson Park Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Crimson Park Digital has performed well in terms of project management. Their team communicates well, and they never miss a deadline.
We typically communicate through email and Zoom Meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
All the members of Crimson Park Digital’s team are highly knowledgeable and well-versed in what they’re talking about. They work well with us, listen to our needs, and produce excellent results.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure that you know what your audiences are looking for.

Content Marketing & SEO for Healthcare Nonprofit
“Once they share their ideas, they’re able to transition their creative work into immediate execution.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of communications at the Target ALS Foundation.
What challenge were you trying to address with Crimson Park Digital?
We hired them to help us with a constituent funnel to engage people from awareness to conversion, especially around our fundraising efforts.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They were originally tasked with content creation. There’s a separation between our two distinct audience groups in this space: researchers and patients. Researchers have certain news that they’re wishing to disseminate while patients and caregivers are looking for information. They were responsible for creating content to connect those two groups. We also relied on them for SEO optimization.
When we extended our work together, they created content for our site and social media. They were writing a wide variety of articles that translated research into something that could be broadly understood by patients.
What is the team composition?
I work very closely with Alexa (Founder & CEO) and three of her specialists in copywriting and SEO services. The team was experienced in applying their skills to the healthcare space.
How did you come to work with Crimson Park Digital?
We posted the work for bids on Upwork. After a long vetting process, they stood out with their clearly demonstrated acumen in the space and holistic services. Alexa’s leads in different focus areas are in constant communication with her and my team. They’re a small agency that performs on par with large firms.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with them since February 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’re so committed to our account that it feels like we’re their only client. That’s reflected in the quality of their work. They take feedback well and demonstrate confidence in the industry that puts us at ease. Additionally, they make sure to ask us to inform their direction, which is a great way to structure a team.
How did Crimson Park Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re a part of our Slack channel, which allows us to quickly communicate with each other. We’re operating on a three-hour time zone difference, but I often forget that because I’ve never seen a team jump on impromptu requests as they do. When our tasks are urgent, they always find a way to manage them on our timeline.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have creative acumen and the ability to present us with unique concepts that we had never thought of before. Once they share their ideas, they’re able to transition their creative work into immediate execution. That really helps them stand out from the crowd.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would be helpful for them to focus on learning the challenges of complex market spaces as soon as possible. Healthcare is very complex, and it would help us to be able to expand on the knowledge that’s already out there in our industry. They generally do a good job of this, too.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Consider all services that you can benefit from with them. They’re such a strong team in a variety of creative areas that I should’ve expanded the scope of their services with us. They deliver the results.

PPC & Social Media Paid Advertising for Branding Agency
“Alexa’s knowledge of multiple different platforms, campaigns, and opportunities is vast.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of a full-service branding agency. We work mostly with healthcare clients.
What challenge were you trying to address with Crimson Park Digital?
We were working with a startup out of San Francisco, trying to develop a full digital strategy for direct-to-consumer healthcare, which is really challenging. We needed someone who could turn on our marketing engagement right away.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They provided paid search and paid social campaign management. Specifically, we did Google Ads, PPC, display, and targeting. We also leveraged Facebook Ads and some email campaigns. The team worked quickly on the strategy and implementation, and the collaboration was seamless.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Alexa (Founder & CEO).
How did you come to work with Crimson Park Digital?
I worked with Alexa in a previous role and had a lot of respect for her professionalism and knowledge of digital advertising. I was excited to work with her on a project once she decided to go off on her own.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2018, and we wrapped up in April 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Considering we were starting from nothing, we had to grow brand awareness in the bay area fairly quickly. We had probably 10,000 heads to the site per month and had started at around 1,000. A 10x exposure in impressions was really impressive.
As far as ROI, our client definitely saw an impact in our work. They helped grow engagement and awareness, overall.
How did Crimson Park Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Communication, meeting timelines, and providing feedback are definitely Alexa’s strong suits. In all of those areas, they exceeded expectations.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Alexa’s knowledge of multiple different platforms, campaigns, and opportunities is vast. It’s much better than anyone I’ve ever worked with, which is why I continue to work with her.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Maybe they could do a little more research with new startups, in terms of learning how challenging they can be with not being able to estimate conversion. Alexa did her best to look at that conversion in an entirely new business lens, which is challenging. It’s probably one of the things we could stand to work on in the future, just to make sure we don’t over-promise.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to listen to what Alexa is advising on. Take her guidance when it comes to setting up campaigns and how to complement a campaign with SEO, and proper website hygiene.
