Carolina Digestive Health Associates provides gastroenterology care to patients age 16 through adult seniors. How Washington Pavements Used Google Ads
Washington Pavements needed to clean up their online digital assets and dial up the heat in lead acquisition.
Most companies like Washington Pavements may be unaware that their online information is not listed correctly. BOS Digital assessed Washington Pavements’ online presence and determined that the company needed an “information cleanup” on platforms like Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, and more. Being that it was important for Washington Pavements to launch more aggressive lead generation activities like paid advertising, their online presence had to be accurate, consistent, and relevant to online users.
THE SOLUTION
BOS Digital worked with Washington Pavements to establish an accurate online presence and roll out aggressive Google advertising campaigns.
The BOS team helped Washington Pavements update their online information across all platforms. By doing so, their online presence no longer posed a threat to their advertising goals. The BOS team replaced existing campaigns with the goal of increasing reach, acquiring as many leads as possible, and trying to dominate their geographic region.
For these campaigns, BOS Digital focused on generating leads for the client.
THE RESULTS
From the start of the campaign in mid-March until the end of September 2021, BOS Digital successfully generated 1,247 leads for Washington Pavements.
Resulting over the last six months, Google Ads is the leading source for Washington Pavement’s traffic to the website – these ads generate 67.08% of all traffic to the site. Additionally, Google Ads is the leading source for conversions out of all channels during that same time frame.
BOS Digital is helping Washington Pavements generate conversions at an average cost of $22.45. This means that Washington Pavements is paying, on average, $22.45 to acquire a new lead. This figure is very competitive, especially when you factor in the average value of a closed lead ($3,000 – $5,000).

How Gather Generated 9 Closed Deals in 4 Weeks
Gather is the expert when it comes to private offices and coworking spaces. Based in Virginia with seven locations, Gather provides an environment for businesses to work, grow and flourish. Their model serves individuals and small and large teams in the Richmond and Hampton Roads areas. Their goal in partnering with BOS was to generate additional revenue from missed opportunities within their Hubspot platform.
Prior to our partnership, Gather built strong workflows within their CRM tool for the initial stages of engaging with a new lead. From the lead’s first interaction all the way through the sales process, Gather incorporated automated messaging and workflows. This strategy helped to increase the chances of a closed deal and to keep the community managers consistent during the sales process. But, what happened to all the leads that “fell off” or never made it through the pipeline? Time had passed and Gather did not have a strategy in place to nurture past leads.
The BOS team built a sequence of emails that deployed over a 4 week period for contacts that lived inside Gather’s CRM for 56+ days (~two months) and did not have a deal associated with them. The email campaign was designed initially as a one-off campaign and was later developed as an automated drip campaign for future contacts with these parameters.
Data was collected between September 23 – October 31, 2021. Gather sent 7,618 emails (the first 4-part email series) – 2,197 of those emails were opened, averaging a solid 28.8% open rate (above industry average). Of those 2,197 opens, there were 66 link clicks to the landing page to book a tour or 3-day pass, averaging a 3% click through rate. Users were also given the option to respond directly via email, which allowed them to correspond with an assigned community manager.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of franchise operations for Wine & Design, a paint-and-sip franchise with 60 locations. Our corporate headquarters is in Raleigh, North Carolina.
What challenge were you trying to address with BOS Digital?
We reached out to BOS when Apple’s iOS 14 update changed everything in terms of privacy policy, especially with Facebook. Essentially, our franchisees couldn’t run Facebook ads, which were a huge part of our studios’ marketing and advertising efforts.
What was the scope of their involvement?
BOS worked to fix the advertising issue so that our franchisees could get back up and running. Specifically, they redid the structure of our Facebook pages.
Now, we’re doing a webinar series with BOS on how to best advertise on Facebook and how to best utilize SEO and local listings. Moreover, they’ll also speak at our annual franchisee conference in February 2022 for more resources. Down the road, our company will also use their design services.
What is the team composition?
I work with Meredith (Head of Sales) and Jon (Founder & CEO). Meanwhile, Elysia (Director of Client Services) is leading the webinars and presentations; she also handles our next steps to keep us on track. Overall, Meredith and Elysia work hand-in-hand in our projects, while Jon serves as the technology guru who figures out our problem.
How did you come to work with BOS Digital?
We found BOS on Google. We also interviewed multiple marketing agencies, including our then-current marketing vendor. From the get-go, BOS showed they were on top of everything and knowledgeable. Their communication was the best we had; Meredith and her representatives were amazing, and Jon was also knowledgeable — I was blown away by them. On top of that, they made a point right off the bat to meet us and our CEO. As a result, we chose to engage with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve paid around $8,000 for BOS to fix our Facebook ads issues, while we’ll spend about $1,500 on the webinar series.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in June 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
BOS has been awesome in terms of communication, attention to detail, and technical knowledge. Moreover, our Facebook ads problem is also something new to them. However, thanks to their attention to detail and knowledge of Facebook, they’ve accomplished the project in a timely manner.
Their pricing is also by far the best we’ve ever had compared to other vendors we’ve met. The team is highly transparent; they know that our franchisees have smaller budgets. Given that, they tailor the service packages that they offer to the franchisees’ budgets.
Our relationship now focuses on the strategic side of things, and we want to keep the partnership because they’ve shown us what they can do on technical matters. It’s a truly valuable engagement, and it’s a good thing that we can engage them on a project-by-project basis.
How did BOS Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
We use group texts to communicate. Sometimes, we call each other or use Google Meet. We don’t use Slack or other apps like that, but they might be using such tools on their end. Meanwhile, if I send them an email, Meredith will usually text me that she’s received the email and that they’re working on my request; we always get a response within the day, which is nice.
What did you find most impressive about them?
BOS is truly on point when it comes to communication and pricing; they understand what we need, and they make it happen. Whenever we meet with them, they bring ideas to us — we always want this in a vendor, and nobody has ever done it except for them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. They’re always one step ahead, so they have nothing to improve.

I handle communications and social media for a bio science firm, and we launched a consumer product as part of our commercial strategy.
