Signature provides the production of a wide selection of premium wooden products that suit a wide variety of purposes from your home to commercial spaces. My role is to manage our day-to-day operations and provide our customers with expert knowledge on the product they are wanting.
For what projects/services did your company hire iEdit Network, and what were your goals?
Our original website was created nearly 20 years ago when the brand first started. As we grew and our demand grew alongside it, we knew we would need to produce a professional presence and fully functional purchasing system that directly integrated with our manufacturing process.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Shane and the iEdit Network were introduced to our team through a business development guide who helped our team discover the true nature of our needs. After meeting up the iEdit Network's team lead, we quickly discovered the true potential of just how much our long-term savings could be.

Our project manager, Shane, was brought on to help manage our needs from within our offices and help translate them into technical data for their developers. We continue to have quarterly meetings to continue discussing ongoing changes as our company continues to expand. We directly integrated our in-house production software along with CAD-development applications to create a hybrid engineering station to reduce the time spent developing our products.

We worked with our account manager, Shane, who was in charge of in-house communications with our dedicated architectural and PHP programming developers within the iEdit Network.

The team at the iEdit Network helped secure our place in the manufacturing community of North Carolina and helping mark us among the top wood manufacturers in our state.

The folks at iEdit Network have been handling our network and website needs for about five years now. Shane always provides top level customer service and provides recommendations to ensure network security.

The initial launch was a little buggy, but it was nothing unexpected.

I am the founder & director of a non-profit, farm retreat center; which serves children, youth & families in crisis, transition. We have had our mainstay lead program - healingwithhorses.com - and this has morphed over the years into providing tiny house transitional living space at the farm; and development of an outdoor school which is an offshoot of our curriculum based life skills horse assisted learning program. Both the tiny house living & outdoor school are in development as everything we do at the farm is donation/funds raised based & by working with volunteers.

Iedit Network was initially hired to develop the website. This has a need to change throughout every year; as we develop new monthly programs; the tiny house living; the outdoor school summer camp; and keeping up with best use of various platforms for marketing the website We now work with Iedit to help our mass email marketing and mass text marketing items - for programs; fund raisers; volunteer days at the farm & more.

Iedit Network was highly recommended by Cresative Sign Solutions - who the owner is a colleague & friend. Now, Sonia the owner of Iedit Network. We will stay with Iedit forever - as our organization is a very different, “outside the box” organization & they have been so patient, kind & helpful. Highly intelligent personnel.

The website is completely developed by code. The various changes from adding a program or 2-3 each month; to mass marketing platforms such as MailChimp; databases in excel; Square; PayPal and I am sure I missed many as technology and the proper terminology is not my strong suit.

After being lead by team - our organization began bringing in more clients live time. After being guided as to how to in house develop & market monthly programs.

Very effective. I don’t know all their tools. I am old school so they accommodate my style needs which is telephone communications. Ability to off site remote view my system if we have emergency and more. They are the BEST at response to any need we have ever had.
