I’m the front desk associate and graphic designer at a graphic design company.

We were unhappy with our previous web vendor’s service and wanted a new one.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They currently work on our website. They provide content, which includes the description for the site and our promotions.

We have one main point of contact that I know of.

They were very reassuring that the work they’d be doing for us would be of good quality. They even showed up before we officially started working together, which we appreciated.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re very satisfied and they’ve been able to make any update we’ve needed.

How did Tarheel Media Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They get things done on time and we’re in communication constantly. They also visit our office sometimes, and we email too. They have a very fast response time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re awesome and we’re happy with the service they provide. They bring us business and help keep our current customers happy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be as specific as possible with regard to your needs. They do really well with accommodating everything as long as you specify what you want.
