I'm the CMO of Rideology Car Profiles, a company that organizes car events. We run some of the largest shows in the southeast.

What challenge were you trying to address with WTE SOLUTIONS?

We needed an easy system that only needed one or two people to run and manage. It also had to be fun for our fans.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We partnered with WTE SOLUTIONS to design and build Rideology, a unique automotive community platform that combines social networking, event discovery, and digital vehicle ownership management.
Our vision was ambitious: to create a platform where automotive enthusiasts could discover and discuss car events, connect with other enthusiasts, and create detailed digital profiles for their vehicles. We often describe the vehicle profile experience as a blend of LinkedIn and a collector's portfolio — but for the car rather than the owner.
One of the biggest challenges was creating a seamless experience across web, mobile, and app platforms. The platform needed to be highly responsive, intuitive, and capable of handling a variety of media types, including photos, videos, and vehicle stories, while remaining simple enough for users to quickly create and manage their car profiles.
Another significant technical requirement was implementing highly targeted communications. WTE SOLUTIONS architected a sophisticated notification system that integrated push notifications, SMS messaging, and user segmentation. 
Rather than sending broad notifications to all users, the platform intelligently groups enthusiasts based on their interests, event participation, and location. This allows users to receive relevant updates about the specific car shows, events, and communities they care about, instead of being inundated with notifications about unrelated events occurring far from them.
Perhaps the most innovative feature was the vehicle ownership transfer system. Because many collector vehicles change hands over time, we needed a way for the digital vehicle profile to remain associated with the car itself rather than a single owner. 
WTE SOLUTIONS designed a solution that allows ownership of a vehicle profile — including its history, media, and associated QR code — to be securely transferred to a new owner when the vehicle is sold. This preserves the vehicle's story and provenance while maintaining continuity for future owners.
Throughout the project, the WTE SOLUTIONS team demonstrated strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to understanding both the business goals and the user experience. They consistently provided practical solutions to complex challenges and delivered a scalable platform architecture capable of supporting future growth.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started with an MVP and wanted to get the first 15 events listed and 100 car registrations. That happened pretty quickly, and then we moved to the full development of admin tools and automation.
We’ve noticed a 100% improvement in user satisfaction and operational efficiency after releasing the new features. WTE SOLUTIONS sends emails to the first 100 users asking them questions. Some items have needed to be tweaked. Now, because of user feedback, interactive show maps are in the works.

How did WTE SOLUTIONS perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve had frequent check-ins and stand-ups. We’ve been a part of the project and felt in the driver's seat. The project has a deadline, and WTE SOLUTIONS has delivered on time. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work and how they think about scale and where the app will be in two years is impressive. They build what we need today but can plan what we’ll need down the road. They’ve created code for CarFax, so we know they understand scale.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

We needed a smart website that would rank on Google and in AI chatbots. Our WordPress site had been hacked, so we needed someone with expertise to provide a secure website that our visitors could trust again.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WTE SOLUTIONS has designed and developed our website. The team has also created graphics to make our LinkedIn look professional and an email template to send to our client base about the new launch. WTE SOLUTIONS' marketing team serves as our fractional CMO and helps us launch and recover traffic and reputation.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a 50% increase in our web traffic and time on site since partnering with WTE SOLUTIONS. We track these metrics through Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

How did WTE SOLUTIONS perform from a project management standpoint?

WTE SOLUTIONS delivers on time and is very good to work with. The team has very insightful suggestions. We communicate with WTE SOLUTIONS through in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

WTE SOLUTIONS' tech team is very smart. The designer has delivered what we want and has given us a few mock-ups. What I really like is how the team listens and helps us get what we want and need to see from the site. Overall, WTE SOLUTIONS' knowledge of web marketing and the ease of the process are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for WTE SOLUTIONS to improve.
