I’m the CMO of Philanthropy Innovators, a non-profit organization. We offer consulting, training, and leadership development services to help organizations optimize fundraising, enhance team performance, and achieve strategic advancement goals in the philanthropic sector.

What challenge were you trying to address with WTE SOLUTIONS?

We needed a smart website that would rank on Google and in AI chatbots. Our WordPress site had been hacked, so we needed someone with expertise to provide a secure website that our visitors could trust again.

What was the scope of their involvement?

WTE SOLUTIONS has designed and developed our website. The team has also created graphics to make our LinkedIn look professional and an email template to send to our client base about the new launch. WTE SOLUTIONS' marketing team serves as our fractional CMO and helps us launch and recover traffic and reputation.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a 50% increase in our web traffic and time on site since partnering with WTE SOLUTIONS. We track these metrics through Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

How did WTE SOLUTIONS perform from a project management standpoint?

WTE SOLUTIONS delivers on time and is very good to work with. The team has very insightful suggestions. We communicate with WTE SOLUTIONS through in-person and virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

WTE SOLUTIONS' tech team is very smart. The designer has delivered what we want and has given us a few mock-ups. What I really like is how the team listens and helps us get what we want and need to see from the site. Overall, WTE SOLUTIONS' knowledge of web marketing and the ease of the process are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for WTE SOLUTIONS to improve.
