Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a provider of healthcare data and analytics as well as care management services. I’m the CEO.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Brasco ///?

We needed site development and a digital marketing campaign.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The key deliverable was an SEO-optimized website that showcased the work we do with content, graphics, design, and logo enhancement. Additionally, they provided us with a brand document that includes a lot of the logo and branding details for our use moving forward. From the ground up, they built our brand website for us. After developing mockups and hearing our company’s feedback on their work, they iterated until we were satisfied.

Next, they’re going to be taking on the ongoing maintenance of the site and the creation of a presentation deck to match our brand.

What is the team composition?

There were five people on the design team, but Pete (Account Coordinator) managed that effort. That included a graphic designer and an animation artist.

How did you come to work with Brasco ///?

We pre-screened about six companies in our local region. A member of their team showcased and discussed their past work with us. Once they put fort a proposal, we hit the ground running.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2020, and they’re approaching the end of their work on this project. I anticipate and ongoing partnership between our companies, though.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They have internal talent that can take our requirements and transform them into something that’s both interesting and visually appealing. The way they integrated text and graphics is intriguing and meaningful. It’s truly professionally done, making us look like a much larger company.

I’ve floated the site by our owner and a few external marketing experts, and everyone has been enthusiastic about their work. We’ve even been asked to enter the site in a website competition this year.

How did Brasco /// perform from a project management standpoint?

They never missed deadlines and were unbelievably accessible throughout the engagement. We communicated through weekly standups and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had the ability to truly listen to our needs and translate our requirements thoughtfully week after week. We were impressed that they didn’t simply do what we asked them to do. It was nice to work with someone with professional expertise that could enhance our ideas even further.
