I’m the former CMO of a pet wellness company; we manufactured pet supplements, dog food, and other technologies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Highline Agency?

We needed help with marketing for our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Highline Agency did digital marketing for us; they produced ads with testimonials, handled our social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram, and created assets for our marketing, like videos and digital banners. We started by giving them a brief of what we needed, and they responded to it with proposals to cover straightforward objectives.

What is the team composition?

We worked mainly with Gus (CEO).

How did you come to work with Highline Agency?

I referred them to my company because I’ve known Gus for a long time. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July 2019–September 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did a great job driving our ROI to where we wanted it to be, which is 3x what we previously had. Additionally, their media content worked because they did a great job of iterating the products until they found what would work for us.

How did Highline Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They were solid; their team sometimes got a bit busy as every agency does, but their project management helped us handle the work successfully. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

Their positivity and flow were outstanding and enabled a straightforward partnership. They also committed themselves to understanding what we were trying to accomplish to get it done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’re great.

Provide them with a good and clear brief of what you need.
