For what projects/services did your company hire One Brick Tech, and what were your goals?

Our website was half built and we needed someone with expert experience to help us finish a complex website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web developers in our area and found OneBrickTech. Vish worked with my schedule (mostly nights I am available), which I could not find any other web development company in the Charlotte area that would meet after 5-6pm.

Fixed WordPress Errors, designed and built payment processing subscription. Much more that I cant think of off the top of my head.

I worked with just Vish.

The whole process has been executed in a very smooth and timely manner.

We held regular phone and Zoom meetings. We also used Asana, a web tool to log a track progress of our project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Vish even held a video meeting with my previous developers to diagnose a major problem that the former developers could not fix.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I will continue working with OneBrickTech as the nature of my website is never ending.
