Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the president of a multi location auto repair, maintenance & tire dealer in North Carolina.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tread Partners?

Tread Partners (previously 3VE) helped with a complete website redesign. The new site integrated e-commerce for tire purchases, ongoing SEO and management of our Google Ads campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for an industry specific provider that would know our business and the unique challenges faced in this sector. The extensive industry experience of the ownership group was very appealing. Additionally, the visual appeal and performance of their portfolio of sites/companies was very impressive.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Once we decided to move forward with Tread Partners, their development team was very easy to work with. They were able to use a copy from our existing site to populate some of the needed info on our new site.

Additionally, they were able to pinpoint some key content that we were missing and helped us create the content needed to fill those gaps. The editorial feedback process was easy and quick. Once we had a product that was ready for market, the site was up and running.

The timeline from signing to the live site was much better than I've experienced with other providers in the past. I also appreciate the regular updates on what new content is being created to continue to grow the relevance and quality of the site.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

During the length of time, we've been clients of Tread Partners, I've dealth with 5-6 team members in different capacities. Designers, account managers, support etc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In addition to Tread Partners, we work with an automotive sector marketing firm. Our director of marketing with that firm has commented on multiple occasions that Tread Partners is by far the best auto/tire specific provider in the space.

Our web traffic has grown significantly - both organic and paid. Our inbound call count from the site numbers has more than doubled in less than a year. We are very happy with the cost, value, quality provided by Tread Partners.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Monthly meetings are quick & efficient with executive summaries provided for review just prior. When we have questions they are answered quickly. If our account manager doesn't know the answer, they find it for us and follow up in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've been very happy with the results we've seen from Tread Partners. The most impressive thing I've seen is the effusive praise from our marketing company - they see and work with all of the major players in the auto industry digital space, so they have a much more informed opinion on the quality of the work from Tread Partners.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this point - I'm very happy and have no suggestions for changes.
