Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an architect and the owner of Architect Builder Group, an architecture and engineering design firm in Charlotte, North Carolina.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tfive Productions?

We needed help with video production for a physical furniture showroom we had recently designed and completed.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tfive Productions has helped us create videos of our furniture showroom. For this project, there wasn’t much planning involved. We simply left the creative control entirely in their hands for them to decide how to approach the video. Still, we gave them some examples of how we wanted the final product to look.

On the shooting day, we met with Tfive Productions on-site, for which they brought their own gear and equipment. Then, they filmed the room and its different design aspects. After filming the showroom, they started the editing process to produce marketing videos to use on social media and our website. Their team is still working on that part of the project.

These videos showcase our design project. As for the format, Tfive Productions filmed wide-angle shoots in regular YouTube size ratios, which they then resized and changed to make them work on different platforms.

How did you come to work with Tfive Productions?

This is the fourth time Tfive Productions has worked for us. For this project, I simply contacted them again.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $400 on our most recent project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We originally started working together in May 2022 on another project. Our most recent project started in November 2022. As they’re still editing the videos, our current engagement is ongoing, and we plan to use Tfive Productions again in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The videos produced by Tfive Productions are of high quality, and our internal team likes them a lot. 

How did Tfive Productions perform from a project management standpoint?

Tfive Productions is excellent at meeting deadlines. Our projects are usually very short; the filming process usually takes about two hours, after which they handle postproduction on their own, so we don’t require project management tools. We simply set a deadline and have status updates until the deadline comes. Still, I have Tfive Productions’ email address and phone number, so I basically schedule video production projects when needed via phone or email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Tfive Productions is very easy to work with, and they’re very responsive, which makes them stand out from their competitors.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they should do differently; they’ve performed very well.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear about what you want to do and your goals. Additionally, showing them example videos is always helpful.
