We are a growing IT firm with headquarters in Australia and several satellite offices in the Philippines and other international areas. We specialize in designing and implementing IT architecture for existing and new companies.
For what projects/services did your company hire Konvertica, and what were your goals?
We originally hired Brandon and his team for Off-page SEO testing of his services on our Philippines site. We set up weekly meetings and he always kept me up-to-date with what was going on and where we were headed. He had an answer for everything and could provide visualization in analytics to back up his statement. After some time, we were getting results but not the results he said we would. It turns out that we held ourselves back by not allowing Brandon and his team also to perform technical and on-page efforts to maximize his external efforts. Our site wasn't using a platform so using plug-ins to correct errors was out of the question. Their technical developer came in and went to work.
Our organic immediately started seeing the effects within mere weeks. As promised, Brandon put a strategy together that maximized our brand visibility and helped drive organic traffic to the site. While we were getting traffic, which was great, we were not seeing any real conversions. Even our PPC had never reached above 1%. After speaking with Brandon at the end of one of our weekly meetings, he advised me of aspects of the digital realm, that never crossed my mind. I was referred to Brandon through a mutual connection, who touted Brandon's ability to achieve results. I had no idea that Konvertica was capable of more than SEO.
I agreed to have a CRO audit and a funnel evaluation, and when they returned to me with my results, my jaw hit the floor. I was missing out on more clients than I could have thought. His report was very detailed and also included a strategy to correct issues as well as an implementation fee if wanted to use them to do the work. Naturally, we let Brandon do everything since he brought everything to light. He suggested a complete website makeover, actor-branded service videos on all of our service pages, brand-new copy, intent-targeted pop-ups, and updated our site structure.
It took roughly a month and a half to complete the redesign, and I kid you not. the moment the site went live we started getting inquiries. Within the first week our site went from having 4-7 weekly conversions to over 100+ each week. Our traffic grew and we started to rank for highly competitive one and two-word key phrases in our industry. Konvertica started out as a 6-month trial and has turned into an ongoing relationship that continues to evolve and improve with each of Brandon's brilliantly innovative strategies.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We received Konvertica's contact information from a business client of ours who had some similar work done and tried several vendors in the past. We also had a lot of trial and error with past attempts in the digital marketing space and continued to come up short. My client, who operates a SaaS company said he found someone who could actually deliver on their promises and stick to their word.
He introduced us on Skype, and we scheduled a group Zoom, where we learned a bit more about Brandon and his close team at Konvertica. It seemed like a good fit, and we contracted out to this vendor for their SEO services, which ended up evolving into web design and ongoing maintenance, CRO, social media, and content.

We worked directly with Brandon, the company's CEO, and two others. One was a highly skilled developer/designer who designed and coded our site. The other person was a content writer who actually had real-life experience working in an IT company before, so the content was amazing.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since Konvertica implemented its SEO and growth strategies, our website traffic has grown 1200% over the course of a year, and our website conversions and leads have increased nearly 800%, with our conversion rate going from 1% weekly to 5-8% weekly.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Brandon and his team had excellent communication and were highly adaptable to how our business operates. They were able to quickly learn a brand new project management software that we use and perform their work through our own PM portal.
Projects were always completed on time, or we were notified well in advance of any potential delays. Reports are always on time and completed. Brandon's leadership style and personal characteristics are very laid back, and his strategies are based on future trends and updates.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Konvertica caught me off guard. I was most impressed at their ability to look at our digital model as a whole. I immediately started to innovate and point out key targeted areas of growth that were neglected, resulting in explosive growth.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We have no suggestions on where Konvertica can improve. They exceeded our expectations and taught us much about digital marketing and how to nurture our customers properly to maximize their customer experience, and our sales funnel.
