I am the principal owner of Cosmetics Now Pty Ltd an international online beauty products retailer in operation since 2012.

We hired Above Bits to assist in augmenting our web development capabilities particularly PHP coding on an ongoing basis.

We needed to constantly update and customize our website commerce engine and build new capability and functionality.

The projects have radically improved our capacity to market our products, bill our customers and conduct business reporting.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was key and was professional and effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Most impressive was that they "Got" what we were trying to accomplish with our projects with a minimum requirement on our part to produce complex and time-consuming design documents and specifications.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Occasionally, they have too much work / projects to deal with but they seem to quickly scale up when this becomes an issue.
