I has page progressive build two Wordpress websites and maintain them. Also, they built an online course for me using Thinkific and helped build out my Book Like a Boss platform. Over the years, they have helped me troubleshoot anything I brought to their attention.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have had a successful psychotherapy practice, a book sales funnel that has created an Amazon bestselling book, online course sales, and an individual coaching practice that is maintained through the platform they have set up for me.

I get an answer to any email within the same day, and if my need is urgent, I hear from the owner within the hour. They always tell me how much what I need them to do will cost me, and they complete the work on time - if not before the deadline. This has been the case for as long as i have been with them- over a decade.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They always take my concerns seriously, genuinely care about my success, and always explain things in a way that makes sense. They don't expect me to be tech-savvy and put in everyday language what has gone wrong and what needs to happen. I would not trust anyone else with my web needs. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Page Progressive could have done differently?

I worry sometimes that the owner doesn't charge me for his time. At the same time, I appreciate his responsiveness.

• We hired Page Progressive to maintain our website, to monitor updates and to make sure all new plugins created by WordPress did not interfere with the normal operations of the website.
• We also hired them to make need changesto existing web pages and add new pages as our mission and vision grew over time.

Page Progreessive was charged with maintaining our website and making sure that all pages functioned properly. We also asked them to monitor updates made by WordPress so that our website continued to work well after new plugins were added. We wnted Page Progressive to add new pages from time to time, making sure that all margins alligned properly no matter what device the viewer was using.

Our website looks professional. There are no complaints about how it functions. It always looks good on all three screen formats.

Our "project" is ongoing maintenance. Lots of little adjustments over extended times. PageProgresive always responds right away. They assign our immediate need to someone within hours of my request. Thats important to us because we want to know that our need is being addressed. Even if it takes a day or two to resolve, we know They're On It!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Page Progressive hires good people. They know what they're doing. This only comes from great training and long experience. We don't have to explain every detail. Page Progressive makes suggestions after taking time to ask relevant questions. Then they assess what they CAN do and give me a budget. If I can't work within that budget, they work with me. "We can do this and this but THAT can wait till next year."  I need that as a busieness owner. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Page Progressive could have done differently?

If I had my druthers, I'd like to go to a One Stop Shop for all my website needs. While Page Progressive does a great job with the technical stuff, I don't feel comfortable yet, having them do the Creative stuff. The artwork, the images, the creative writing, the stuff that draws people into my service world, Page has not demonstrated a full competence. If only the world were perfect, right? Well, they do what they do in a fantastic manner at a fair rate. I'm totally happy and wouldn't even think about going elsewhere....

I don't remember everything!! it was several years ago and I do not remember dates or detailed job descriptions. they designed 2 websites for me and have provided hosting and tech support for several years. I am very satisfied with them. don't ask me anything else!!
