I run marketing for a boutique data analytics consulting company. We specialize in financial planning and analytics (FP&A) for SMBs and ENTs.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sizyl, and what were your goals?

Our website wasn't being found on Google and our content was convoluted. We hired them to provide full-scale SEO services to improve our ranking, drive traffic to our website, and give site visitors a more accurate and succinct look into our services/solutions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We followed a referral and have used them in the past for other projects. The deciding factor was certainly their top-notch quality of service, and their professorial methods. Rather than simply doing it for you, they also show you the tools they use and teach you how to sufficiently do it yourself for future reference.

We began by laying out our goals and describing the pillars of our business. "What do we want to be known for?" From there we determined the proper course of action: build new and optimized anchor pages to better reflect our business. Sizyl then conducted keyword research and analyzed our competitors to decide the most promising keywords we could rank for.

Afterwards, they wrote copy for our new anchor pages using these new keywords and gave us webpage designs for approval. Once given the greenlight, they implemented these changes through WordPress (while showing us how, step-by-step). Now our new anchor pages are published and optimized - we've gained much more web traffic since!

Since implementing these SEO efforts, traffic has steadily grown on our site and we've gained more hits on our LinkedIn page.

They've been great at managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mainly use email to communicate. We also conduct weekly "SEO Coaching" sessions via Teams or Zoom calls to gauge progress, review action items, and assign new ones (for both parties).

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They always go above and beyond what is asked of them. They really put in the due diligence before embarking on a project, and they always go the extra mile - whether that's through coaching, design, time spent, or deliverables. Working with them is an absolute pleasure. Their team is a delight! They are the epitome of "service with a smile".

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Frankly, I have no critiques - love their work!

Our website had limitations that we were unable to address. Paul at Sizyl helped us get started with a new web site platform and guided us through every step. He was always available and spent a lot of time training and helping us understand how to grow our presence online.

Our goal was to pop up on google and other browsers toward the top or above our competitors. We also wanted an interactive website where potential clients could take the next step in acquiring our services.

We chose Sizyl because we heard from a family member that they were very effective and worth the investment.

Paul got us set up on WordPress and developed several pages with the different services we offer. There were many places throughout the site where clients could click and be led to options that would promote action. He worked with us to develop a highly effective list of key words and phrases that would lead to more hits on our site.

We started to see results quickly and our Google ratings improved significantly. When our needs changed he quickly made adjustments to our site and made sure we were happy with the changes made.

We worked solely with Paul, which was our preference. I believe he was the owner and operator of Sizyl LLC

With Google Analytics we saw more than a 200% increase in hits and inquiries grew by about that much as well. Paul continues to provide outstanding service and support.

Paul was very hands-on and quick to respond via email or text. They made changes and helped us understand how to make changes ourselves.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was most impressed with the rapid improvement we saw with Google Analytics and Paul's ability to develop appropriate keywords and meta data for us. We also found his prompt responses above reproach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really do not know how they could have done a better job for us.

I hired Sizyl to migrate my Wix website to WordPress.

I choose Paul because of his expertise and prior work with clients I know. I found his team to be very quick and knowledgeable. Plus they were always available to answer my questions.

There was minimal upfront work which made it an easy lift on my side. The team dug in and quickly migrated the site.

I worked most closely with his developer Cylas. He did most of the actual website work and was very knowledgeable about WordPress.

My website is ranking much higher now that I’m on WordPress.

Using Loom and email we were able to coordinate deliverables and work across time zones very efficiently.
