Project management was adaptive and accommodated EIP's requests and preferences for communication. The project manager changed about 3 months into the project, just as the database and wiring side of the work was starting. Also, the main developer also changed partway through the project. While this may have led to a slightly longer project because new staff took time to get up to speed and were not present for earlier conversations, they delivered a great product.
