Their entire team considers all elements of our design initiatives with thoughtful thoroughness, ensuring that delays during development are mitigated. They've continued to express a commitment to our mutual success and, despite being contractors, feel like an embedded part of our team.
Further, their strong work ethic has ensured that we stay on timeline between sprints. They will work round the clock to deliver a quality product which is not something you see every day.

We wanted a fresh new design for our app and a better user experience. We hired Tino to do UI and UX for both our Web and Mobile Experiences.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We were following Mockups and Dribble and Anastasia's name popped up a lot. Since we liked their designs, we got a quote and worked with them.

Their team conducted some research with our team, gathering some details, links to our current app and some documentation. We then did some A/B Testing with UX before moving on to the Design. Once Designs became more solidified we ended up with a Design System and ended up with a complete Design Package.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
My team worked directly with their UI/UX designers and a full time Project Manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We will have what I believe to be the best design in our line of business. With a design system that we can use to brand our clients, our SDLC for new projects and products will be much more streamlined.

We met weekly and provided ongoing feedback and interaction. It was very efficient.

We hired Tino Digital Agency to create a new version of our web site and customer portal. We found their portfolio to be very impressive, and wanted them to reimagine our brand with their design eye.
SOLUTION
How did you select Tino Digital Agency and what were the deciding factors?
We looked through several hundred portfolios of other design firms, and communicated with about 20 of them, but no one managed to impress us quite as much as Tino Design Agency. Our project manager, Anastasia, showed a thorough understanding of how our business worked, and what we needed to do to make our website more attractive to new customers.

We had a call to discuss our project in detail, and were then given a questionnaire based on our call to confirm their understanding. After answering their questions we received a detailed estimate of the work, and received periodic updates as well as opportunities for us to provide feedback. Key deliverables were website design in HTML, CSS and JS files.
Describe the recruitment process in detail.
We worked directly with a project manager and the technical lead. We were also invited to a Slack channel where we could interact directly with the other developers and designers that were working on our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
The project is still ongoing and the work has not been released yet, but the feedback on the work that has been done so far has been overwhelmingly positive. We have already lined up two additional projects for them once this is complete.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They were willing to conform to our style of communication, and our team is rather hands off. They have always been available for meetings, however, and very responsive over email and Slack. Tino Digital Agency is an absolute delight to work with.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The folks at Tino Design Agency understand human behavior when it comes to user experience. This, along with their willingness to learn about the nuances of our business, has made them a valuable partner for us.

I have high standards, especially when it comes to outside vendors, and I legitimately have not found fault in any of their work yet.

We hired Tino Digital Agency for a concept that disrupts the way people order and customizes food.
Since this concept is rather new, we were on the lookout for an agency that can understand its significance and a high focus on UX while supporting great-looking UI.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to create a design for the app that is rich in functionality yet needs to truly easy to understand.
We were not just looking for an agency that will design what we want them to design, but rather tell us how to perceive functional elements and what not to do at all.
SOLUTION
How did you select Tino Digital Agency?
We have searched through dribbble.com and after two other unsuccessful cooperations, we did find a perfect fit for us.
Describe the project in detail.
The cooperation started by providing as many details about our mobile app project as possible. We did a couple of online meetings and from there decided on the scope of the project, payment conditions, and timeframe for the delivery. Tino promptly created UX.
After some iterations, we defined a final UX and later started working on the UI. Since we were waiting for a bit too long for other agencies to provide corporate identity Tino Agency took a proactive approach and sketched some elements just for us to see.
After we finalized the CI with other agencies Tino was able to fully finalize the UI for the app and it truly blew our minds. Their taste for detail is amazing and their great approach towards creating an outstanding UI is something worth mentioning.
We were able to quickly finish the UI that needed only minor adjustments (all notes during calls were considered) and now are integrating it in the app.
What was the team composition?
Three people from Tino Agency and one from our side. 2 x Project manager, UX specialist, UI designer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We did several user flow stories and presented the design to a small group of analysts that were focusing on the UI and UX via Invision. All of them reported great outcomes for both UI and UX.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Easy communication, prompt response from the whole team. Tools used for communication: Slack, Whatsapp, email.
One important info: when the project manager needed an answer and we were non-responsive, they made sure they got the info by trying all possible communication channels - which is a great approach when you need to advance with the project! Other tools used during cooperation: Zeplin, Invision, Google Docs/Sheets, Calendly
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The attention to detail, prompt response, great feeling for UX, amazing designer for the UI. Tino Agency looks at the projects with an out of box thinking. They try to thoroughly understand the concept. They don't just create a design, they create an experience."

We decided to outsource the design work of our new product and then started to search for a design company. We came across Tino's Dribbble account and we were really impressed by their work.

Tino designed the UI/UX of the entire product. They supported us on the user flow, concept design, app screens (approximately 120 screens), illustrations, animations (mostly Lottie), app icon, and storefront design (App Store screenshots).

Our project manager is Max. We have 2 assigned designers Fedor and Julia, also a motion designer Oleg working on this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We launched our app on App Store. Comparing to its competitors, our product has the best UI/UX by far. We will continue working with Tino to improve it even more.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I really enjoy working with Tino. We use Slack for the communication. The project manager is easy to communicate with. He always responses on time.
We are in contact on a daily basis and we check the status of the tasks on the first day of every week. The project manager distributes the tasks among the designers. I also get in contact with the designers when I need to.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We are quite satisfied with the quality of Tino's work in terms of their design style. They understand our requirements and come up with better solutions. They are also open to all kind of revisions and iterations.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Sometimes the delivery of the work may take a long time since the designers are working on different projects as well.
However, we didn't have any timing issues with the urgent tasks as long as we prioritize them.
