All assigned deliverables were completed. The entire Musemind team worked thoughtful, professional, and efficient throughout the whole process. As we discussed during our initial call, our goal was to complete everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. We’ve done our best to avoid delays and streamline the process to ensure a smooth experience for both sides.

There were small delays but these are expected in such projects. The team's attitude was very positive and both us and the Musemind team worked together to finish everything as fast as possible.

We built the Rivertel.com website in-house initially, but we wanted to bring in an exceptional external team to elevate it further.

While I’ve traditionally worked with American agencies, Rivertel serves Bangladesh, and I wanted to hire the best agency without compromising on quality or work ethic. That’s when we partnered with Musemind, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Work required to do a complete re-design of the existing website with multiple pages. Some pages were more complex, like the book reading pages. They had to deliver the entire design and complete the front-end development.

There were multiple pages. Eash page was unique and played a different purpose on the website. The scope of work required them to work on the entire website and add a few additional pages. They also had to pick colors that matched out design, logo, and theme.

It was the best experience I've ever had with a UI/UX company. Not only did they meet deadlines, but they also met and exceeded my expectations. They were very timely and quick with their work and responses. I barely had to follow up. They definitely are the best UI/UX company I've worked with so far. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

What challenge were you trying to address with Musemind?

We hired Musemind to assist with all our brand design and a number of corresponding assets, including web and print assets and event booth design. We needed a holistic engagement.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Musemind provided us with branding and design services. We worked with them for a number of years and in various iterations. The first thing they did for us was to develop our brand guidelines, making sure our color schemes, font, and brand marks were consistent. 

From there, they redesigned and built our WordPress website, including our home page, product page, company page, about us page, and integrations. 

For the designs, we provided examples of things we liked, Musemind brought examples, and we collaborated with them to find a middle ground. At the start of each project, they interviewed stakeholders and provided reference examples to understand better the style that would resonate with us. After calibrating, they worked incrementally to ensure that their work aligned with our brand vision. Musemind worked iteratively and checked in with our stakeholders frequently to ensure they were moving in the right direction.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Musemind’s work, we saw increases in web traffic and brand awareness. They were very prolific and had an extensive catalog of examples. Therefore, they could walk us through the various trade-offs of each option and how things might resonate with our buyers. Moreover, they stayed fairly modern. 

Musemind’s body of work was valuable for us as a customer. They were a good partner in showing us the range of options and helping influence how we moved forward with a project. 

How did Musemind perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and within the budget. Musemind was prompt, and their deliverables were good; we had no issue getting what we needed on time. We used Asana and Trello for project management. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Musemind was creative, fast, and had a good eye for quality. Moreover, they had a good understanding of where the market was moving regarding design standards.

Nothing they needed to improve comes to mind; I enjoyed working with them and refer them when I have the opportunity.

Design projects are high-stakes, so you must come in with a vision of what you want and be ready to work with a partner with different insights and knowledge about the market. Having a firm understanding of what your customers need and like is important.

Their team conducted intensive research through the resources provided by us, gone through all the materials, then they came up with a product roadmap, user flow, wire frame, high fidelity, as our project has 3 different users, they carefully come up with the intuitive design for all 3 different users to make sure they are user friendly etc.

And finally, they do not hesitate to create those missing screens according to our instruction, they are very cooperative and pleasant to work with througout the whole project.

We are very pleased with the deliverables from Musemind. Their UI/UX served as the foundation for our platform, and we are now going to start developing our platform according to it, they also provided us with full high fidelity design and documentation, which makes it easy for our developers to follow to build the platform.

They were very patient with my request, and even go extra miles to come up with new ideas on how we can execute the features and monetise the platform. Their design is beautiful and user friendly too, and they are very knowledgeable in the UI/UX designning field.

The project got dragged for a bit, if they can include more resources to speed it up that would be great. But overall, I am quite satisfied with it too, as I understand it is a big platform to start off with.

Our main challenge was, when user use to land to Software they could not find few functionality and features we are providing but musemind has played a great role on it. They bring some creative solution for use literally multiple solution what we loved very much especially our users. Now the site looks very professional, clean and user friendly. The platform UX is simple and great.

The project was well organized, managed, staffed and was timely finalized without any budget runoffs. Musemind’s project manager drove each aspect of the design initiative. They used clickUp for project management tool and slack for communication. They keep us on task, Musemind led daily standup meetings to ensure scope, impediments, and questions were resolved each day. The CEO, Nasir is very knowledgeable in business and provides much guidance. Our relationship with Musemind has been enriching for many reasons, Musemind brings a world-class set of project management, design, and collaboration processes and tools critical towards ensuring fast-paced high-value Software design.
