While the Figma files and animations were excellent, having additional documentation or examples tailored for engineering implementation could further streamline the handoff.

That said, they were always responsive to our questions and ready to support as needed, so this is more of a suggestion for future optimization rather than a gap.

Project overview: Currently, Bekeu needs a strategic partner with a product vision to assist and guide in identifying and organizing the platform's requirements, defining its market positioning based on competitor offerings and the pain points of end-users. 

DHNN's role will be to complete a comprehensive 360-degree discovery process that results in a digital product strategy with clear objectives, business definitions, and a scalable roadmap to drive the growth and improvement of the platform as a solution to the existing challenges faced by procurement teams.

Phase 1 Context:

1. Individual interviews with Bekeu’s directors and team to understand the current situation, identified problems, and insights, as well as the approach to the solution.
2. Business Discovery Platform Troubleshooting: Analysis of the current platform's pain points along with the value proposition presented on the website.
3. Audience and Stakeholder Research: Interviews with users and suppliers, and the creation of proto-personas.

Communication has been excellent. We’ve had in-person and virtual meetings. The team is solid and has excellent management of deadlines, but also great flexibility. I was abroad at some point, so we had to reschedule meeting times, but they adapted without any issues.

We shared the stages of creative development and brand amplification with other sectors of the Naranja X company and we always had a positive and encouraging response from the implemented resources, todos anxiously await to be able to use and that they come to light.
